Beautifully manicured, professionally designed edible landscape with fruit trees and herbs. Indoor-outdoor living at its finest with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, heated pool, outdoor dining/lounge area, fire pit, and two dedicated work spaces. Minutes from beaches, Mercato, downtown Naples and more!

Time to relax and enjoy in your own private tropical oasis! You will be welcomed by a beautiful overflowing fountain and beautifully manicured, professionally designed landscape. Walk through the fenced in backyard and enjoy an edible landscape including fruit trees and herbs.

As you walk into the fully remodeled home you will find a fabulous fully loaded gourmet kitchen overlooking the newly remodeled heated pool. Each room has been professionally designed to be an ideal place to relax and enjoy with your family and friends.

The house was professionally designed for indoor-outdoor living. The living room sliders open on to the covered and screened lanai, which features an outdoor dining area with seating for six as well as two lounging areas. The backyard was designed with multiple uses in mind, including an outdoor lounge with a firepit table and a pergola-covered outdoor grilling area.

In case you need to work, there are 2 fully functional desks with monitors and including an all-in-one laser printer/scanner. The house is equipped with high-speed internet, WIFI, and every room is furnished with smart TV’s including Netflix. You will find luxurious amenities throughout the house.

The property is located 5 miles from Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, Vanderbilt Beach, and Mercato. About 7 miles from Waterside Shops, 12 miles from Downtown Naples, and much more.

We also have a local property manager that is available to walk you through / check you in upon arrival (optional) and answer your questions or provide concierge services at no additional cost. Housecleaning service is available upon request at an additional cost.

House Rules:
We do not accept any liability for any loss/damage of personal items or any personal injury during the stay/use of property.

Guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent unless accompanied by an adult.

No parties or events – very important to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am.

Guests allowed to stay at the house are only the ones that have registered at the time of booking.

Pet friendly with a pet fee of $250 non-refundable upon approval. Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately. Please do not allow dogs to relieve themselves on left side of house given edible plants are there for guest enjoyment. Dogs can use front lawn, right side of house or area directly behind backyard fence

Heated pool - no charge for pool heating

If the temperature of the pool needs to be adjusted, please notify us and we will set to your comfort. Please do not touch the pool equipment. You will be liable for any damages from improper use.

Landscape sprinklers come on at 4AM at night, please keep windows closed at night.

Pool and Landscape are professionally serviced. (no need for the guest to do anything)

Trash days – Tuesday and Friday – please take out the trash cans Monday and Thursday evening. Recycling is collected on Friday only.

Kitchen garbage disposal – please throw away any food and do not put any bones, tea bags, or any other items down the disposal.

Security cameras are located in the garage, front of the house and by pool equipment on side of house

Air conditioning – controlled by guest and can be set to a level for your comfort. Please always keep windows and doors fully closed when AC is on.

Pool rules – swim at your own risk. No diving, running, horse play, or glass in the pool area at any time.

Starter paper products, soaps, shampoo, garbage bag provided. No food is provided.

BBQ grill – propane maintained by guest

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if rules are not followed.

Soccer tournament

Spring getaway

We had a great vacation, the house was just as nice as the pictures show. The neighborhood was clean with great upkeep. Great location. The house was very clean with plenty of towels for the pool which was important to us. Plenty of room in the kitchen area for everyone, a beautiful kitchen. Check in was easy and getting to know what we needed to do was in the welcome booklet, or labeled. Nick checked on us a couple of times to make sure we were doing ok, also got right back to us when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity

Peaceful Getaway!

Such a wonderful home with an amazing outdoor space! This home backs up to a nature preserve proving lots of quiet privacy and some wonderful animal sightings! The home is so comfortable - everything you need in the kitchen and more, the most comfortable beds, and ample lush towels. And the pool provides hours and hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family! We loved the easy access to the Ft Myers Airport and a very quick drive to beautiful Delanor Wiggins State Park! This is a great place! Thanks Nick!

Vacation Oasis

This was an exceptional property - clean, spacious and well-appointed. The pool was a wonderful treat to escape from the Florida summer heat. Our family ate dinner outside in the screened in patio every night. No bugs and the perfect ceiling fan did the trick. There was a great BBQ area and expansive edible garden for us to use. My son got a big kick out of picking fruit off the trees. All in all -- we had an amazing time in this wonderful spot.

Quiet oasis in North Naples

Just spent a relaxing week at this amazing property and I'll say that the photos don't do justice to the tastefully renovated accommodations you'll find here. The home has an amazing indoor/outdoor flow with a spacious kitchen that opens to both the indoor TV/seating area, as well as the fully screened patio with a heated pool (no bugs!). Since we visited in June the water was naturally warm, and we spent two entire days floating in it and doing absolutely nothing. Once we were ready to venture outdoors, we discovered that there were more attractions within reach of this home than we could possibly visit. We booked a day-trip from Fort Myers to Key West (where we had our first ever manatee sighting), and also a day on Sanibel Island (turquoise water that was bathtub-warm). Book a full week if you can, which allows you to go everywhere mid-week and avoid crowds. The owners have thoughtfully supplied everything you'll need for a day at the beach, including an umbrella, beach chairs, towels, and cooler. You'll also have some amazing food options. There are several good grocery stores within easy driving distance if you prefer to cook in that spacious kitchen, but also great restaurants. You also have excellent delivery options if you want prepared food without the trouble of driving. In summary, we could have happily stayed here for months. We just hope this home is available the next time we want to return to the Naples area - because there definitely will be a next time!

Casa Coastal Feliz is a 10/10

Our stay at Casa Coastal Feliz was incredible! We stayed for an entire month and the best part was that we were able to bring our dogs with. Love an amazing rental property like this one that allows pets! The house is equipped with everything you’d need! They had beach supplies (chairs, towels, blankets, and coolers). You can tell the owners care about keeping the place in excellent condition and well-stocked. The edible landscape is SO cool - and really, the outdoor area is like your own oasis. So private and perfect for relaxing! The house was very clean upon arrival and any questions we had, Nick was very prompt in getting back to us. The neighborhood is really nice as well and in a convenient location to stores, etc. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Naples area!! Right down the street from Delnor Wiggins State park which was our favorite beach by far.
