OASIS 512 is uw perfecte vakantie en onlangs gerenoveerd vakantiehuis met alle voorzieningen en comfort die u zich kunt wensen. Door de moderne indeling en het ontwerp voelt u zich meteen thuis vanaf het moment dat u binnenstapt. Dit smetteloze huis heeft een prachtige zuidelijke ligging met een afgeschermd zwembad, een waterpartij en ligstoelen om te genieten van uw ochtendkoffie of 's avonds een glas wijn terwijl u de hele dag zon heeft.

Het interieur beschikt over een open en ruime woonkamer met verschillende comfortabele bankopties en een entertainmentcentrum, een mooie en open aangepaste keuken met granieten aanrecht, hardhouten kasten en roestvrijstalen apparaten met zowel een ontbijtbar, een eettafel en het plezier om ook te genieten van uw maaltijden aan de buitenkant gescreend in Lanai.

OASIS 512 is ideaal gelegen bij Vanderbilt Drive in het begin van het felbegeerde 500 blok van 99th Ave N, waardoor u rechtstreeks tussen zowel Vanderbilt Beach en Delnor-Wiggins State Park op het dichtstbijzijnde punt in Naples Park ligt, op loopafstand en fietsafstand van beide. De stranden bieden veel watersportuitrusting verhuur en Pelican Bay Community Park, dat minder dan een mijl afstand is, biedt tennis, racquetball en basketbalvelden om te gebruiken. Supermarkten zoals Publix, Trader Joes, Walmart en Whole Foods liggen op minder dan 5 minuten rijden.

Our stay at OASIS 512 was nothing short of perfect! The home was beautifully renovated, spacious, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The large kitchen made it easy to cook and gather together, and the lanai overlooking the pool was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The outdoor area was absolutely stunning — spacious, private, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We also loved that it was pet friendly, so our furry friend could enjoy the trip right alongside us! Having bikes and beach gear provided made exploring the area even more fun and effortless.We loved OASIS 512 so much that we decided to extend our stay, and the amazing owners quickly found us another beautiful home — The Grotto. This house was a total dream! It was spotless, full of fantastic amenities, and the AC worked perfectly (a big plus in the Florida heat!). The location was amazing, and the pool area was simply magical — complete with a cave, waterfall, and jacuzzi that made every day feel like a tropical escape. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed, and the in-unit washer and dryer made things super convenient. Like Oasis 512, The Grotto was also pet friendly, and it came stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and all the beach gear we could imagine. Plus, it was large enough to comfortably sleep our whole group!Both homes offered such a magical and

Great location near beach

We enjoyed our time here very much. House was clean and bright and well-equipped. The included bikes and beach gear were a real bonus! The property manager was helpful and very responsive. Our only real complaint is that the listing said there was a new grill, but it was rusty and dirty and located in a dark, unlit corner of the patio; so, we didn’t use it more than once.

My Husband and I chose this property due to convince to a job site and the lay-out of the yard, yet it ended up being so much more (in a good way) than we bargained for. This sweet home has so many simple luxuries that we called back immediately and extended our stay. Lucky for us it was slower season and we were able to. The property manager couldn’t have done a better job. Above and beyond to try and be helpful and professional. I love this little house and we have two small dogs that loved it to. The pool is the perfect temperature and the house feels comfortable in its layout. if you love to cook, they have a large island and lots of things to be accommodate . The garage door and door opener made it super convenient when unloading and loading when raining. It’s a very sweet property, not super modern, yet not dated if that makes sense. We will be back!

Beautiful home with so many amenities

My husband and I had a fantastic time at the house with our dogs. We were able to escape the hustle and bustle and just RELAX for the week. The pool and pool area are perfect. I’m so glad that the pool is screened in, because mosquitoes love me 🙄 It was also such a quick trip to the beach, downtown, and a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. We thought we’d go to the beach nearby a bunch, but we so enjoyed our time in the house/pool that we stayed put and really made the most of the property. Thomas is super responsive and communicative. He reached out when part of the city had lost power, just to keep us in the loop (although thankfully we had power!). It was all lovely.

101 Street Home

My family spent 3 days in the northern Naples area to explore. This house was absolutely wonderful. Everything's updated and like brand new. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus in both operated perfectly. You just 2 miles away from Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Your also less than one mile from all the restaurants and shopping at The Mercado Mall. Fantastic bonus is there's a bar called North Naples Country Club oneblock away with great food, drinks and Karaoke. A very easy walk and no driving needed after vacation drinks. This house is worth every penny it's renting for. Property manager was exceptional. So helpful and kind to us. Will be back soon!

Great location. Walking/biking distance to beaches and restaurants. Groceries are less than 5 min away. My kids were off school but I needed to work so I set up at the desk in the bedroom to work and could have the sliding door open to listen to the fun. They are teens so also biked the neighborhood and to the beach during the day. Lots of towels and beach toys. The backyard is absolutely amazing with the outdoor living room and large table where you could enjoy a meal. We had a few things at the house we needed help with and someone was there within an hour to assist. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great house, host the best!

We had a great time at the Oasis. The house is everything they promise and more. It's comfortable, spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The lounge/ pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the living room area has the most comfortable couch ever!. This is the second time we book with Thomas, and we are glad we did because he replies quickly and goes the extra mile to make your stay super special. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home close to beaches. Everyone had a wonderful time. The air conditioning and pool were highlights as the temperature was over 95 degrees. Great location and everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Just Perfect

This vacation rental was PERFECT. The home was spotless and very well stocked. The master bed was comfortable; both my hubby and I slept well every night. Lots of space in the living/kitchen/dining area; families would not feel crowded at all. That living room couch though - WOW - beyond comfortable. So much so, my hubby and I looked for a label to find out the manufacturer so we can buy one. (Not kidding - we realized the couch at our own home sucks compared to this one!) The pool, pool deck and backyard are maintained beautifully. We spent the majority of our vacation days floating in the pool soaking up the sunshine. Our pups are pretty lazy but enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard (always supervised, of course). Appreciated that we could park in the garage during our stay. We did not use them but saw beach cruisers (adult and child size) and helmets for guest use. Also, plenty of varying sized pool floats. The neighborhood is nice with a beachy feel. Loved walking our small dogs along Vanderbilt Beach Road (wide sidewalk) taking in all the different style of homes and the water (canal) views. The property manager, Thomas Weger, was delightful to work with. We had no issues during our stay but he always responded quickly when I reached out leading up to our check-in. We will 100% book this vacation rental again.

Fantastic house!

We had a fabulous experience. House was very clean, nicely furnished (great new sectional) and well stocked. Fantastic outdoor area. Pool and lanai are wonderful. Pool floats and sand toys for kids. Beach chairs & umbrella were great quality and in very good shape. We enjoyed the bikes. Property manager Thomas Weger was super responsive. Highly recommend!
