Zeg hallo tegen de get-away in Napels waar iedereen het over heeft en boek terugbezoeken ... Casa Chill. Gelegen op slechts 4 minuten met de auto en 10 minuten met de strandcruiser van de wereldberoemde Napels 5th Avenue en de Pier van Napels en slechts een half blok kruipen naar de populaire Celebration Park Tiki Bar op het water. Deze zonovergoten 3 slaapkamers, 1. 5 badkamers huis slaapt comfortabel 6 (4 bedden). Ontworpen als een retraite op het eiland, waardoor gasten weer kunnen ontspannen.

Alles wat je wilt is hier ... lichte en strandachtige accommodaties, 65-inch flatscreen met surround-sound in woon- / eetkamer voor je favoriete sportevenement of films, te groot en verwarmd zwembad, groot overdekt Lanai voor langere buitenactiviteiten, zelfs als het regent, Tiki Bar aan het zwembad met 55-inch flatscreen-tv, speciale verlichting rond het zwembad en Lanai die een geweldige nachtelijke sfeer creëert die gegarandeerd uw bloeddruk verlaagt! Er is ook een vuurplaats voor gezellige bonding-tijd en house games, waaronder maïskolf, strand paddles en bordspellen. Natuurlijk wachten beach cruiser-fietsen op je draai om de overvloedige nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden te verkennen.

Locatie ... locatie ... locatie ... Wat deze accommodatie bijzonder maakt, is de fantastische locatie bij Olde Napels en het strand EN de nieuwste trendy ontmoetingsplaats van Napels ... Celebration Park. Wat nog belangrijker is, is de huurprijswaarde. Hoewel het niet direct in Olde Napels ligt (op slechts 1,5 km afstand), ontvangt u een dramatische korting onder de tarieven voor een eengezinswoning met zwembad in Olde Napels.

Er was goed nieuws en slecht nieuws voor Casa Chill en orkaan Irma. Slecht nieuws was dat we werden geslagen. Goed nieuws is dat het huis een volledige renovatie heeft gekregen, inclusief nieuwe keuken, badkamers, deuren en bekleding! U zult genieten van de brandschoon staat!

Wanneer u Casa Chill binnenkomt, wordt u onmiddellijk begroet met het onvoorwaardelijke welkom van het huis: "Wie u ook bent ... Waar u ook vandaan komt ... Ongeacht uw verleden ... U bent WELKOM hier" (zie foto).

Waarschuwing: als je niet van leuke en speelse kleuren houdt, dan is dit huis NIET VOOR JOU! Alles in Casa Chill is ontworpen om vreugde te verbleken en u terug te brengen naar het ontspannen gevoel van de eilanden.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a house with a heated pool for our family vacation and we found it! The house was very clean. From the kitchen being stocked with anything you need to cook, to pool towels and pool toys, to beach chairs, the house had everything we could need. The host was quick to respond when we had a question. If we come back to Naples we will definitely stay here again.this house had everything we were looking for.

Casa Chill Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Chill. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outside tiki was a nice shelter while the rain storms passed through. The house is charming and the pool with the tiki bar and TV are relaxing and just plain fun. It's a 10 minute walk to Celebration Park and a 10 minute drive to the international Pickleball hub. The owner, Rich is easy to contact and very responsive.

Sports Tournament

Stayed here with another family for a sports tournament and the house was great. The location was central and the access to the food trucks down the street was perfect. We met the sports team down at the park a few times and it was a perfect place for the kids to get some space while letting the parents blow off steam. We had a few items to work out with the owner while staying there. He was responsive, attentive and worked hard to remedy our concerns. Above all, he was fair and a great owner to work with.

The property was very clean, safe and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very close to downtown, just a few minutes drive. We took the short walk (2-3 minutes) to Celebration Park several times for lunch and some music at night. Any time that we needed the host, he answered our call and accommodated us in a hurry. Would highly recommend!! :)

Fabulous stay

Quiet neighborhood. House was so cheerfully decorated and relaxing. We loved the property. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. They had so much fun while we were relaxing, after our adventures for the day. An abundance of things to do in close proximity. Highly recommend Fernweh Ice Cream and Los Molcajetes both super close with great food and friendly service. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Highly Recommend casa Chill!

We had a great stay at Casa Chill! Everything was clean and the home was stocked with all of our needs. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Rich was very attentive and responsive. He and his wife even trudged through the water to drop off sand bags and make sure everything was okay. Such kind people! We loved the Everglades Air Boat Tour with Captain Mitch and if you’re looking for a nice meal, we also enjoyed Rebecca’s just up the street. Highly recommend!

We checked in on a Friday. The house looks just like the pictures. They have everything you need for the beach, towels included. The pool is clean and refreshing. It is in a great location. It’s within walking distance to a Food Truck park and some shopping. We will definitely stay here again. Anytime I needed to talk to the host he got right back to me.

Best rental by far! House was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean & had all the essentials you could need. Pool was clean & refreshing for the hot weather. House was located just minutes from pretty much everything. Naples Pier & beach was just a 7 minute drive away. There is a cute park right at the corner on the canal that had food trucks, a bar & live entertainment. Plenty of places to get groceries or other items. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our month in Naples at Casa Chill - it is a great vacation home away from home in a super location in Naples. The heated pool was so amazing! It was great for our toddler since it was one story and had a fenced yard. Super family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We walked to the food trucks numerous times as well as the organic coffee shop. We will definitely rent this home again!
