Ervaar een verblijf in Napels in het aantrekkelijke 600-blok van Napels Park tijdens de seizoensverhuur. Onberispelijke 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers huis met afgesloten Lanai. Volledig ingericht om gasten te ontvangen op slechts enkele minuten van Vanderbilt Beach of Delnor-Wiggins Beach State Park. Master suite met een queensize bed met toegang tot het zwembad en de Lanai. Tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een queensize bed en een derde slaapkamer met twee tweelingen. Garage voor twee auto's uitgerust met fietsen en strandstoelen. Baskisch in de zon bij het zwembad in de privacy van tropische vegetatie en geniet van de bezienswaardigheden van Napels Fla.

Beautiful backyard!

We are return renters at this property! The friendly neighborhood is perfect for dog walking, the furnished bikes great to get to the beach and local casual restaurants, and the backyard pool and patio are the best for afternoon and evening relaxing. The owners respond quickly to any concerns and are thoughtful in amenities at their home. We appreciate our stays each year!

Great Location, beautiful Pool Outdoor Area

This is our second time staying her with our family of 5. The house is in a wonderful location you can get to everywhere by either walking or using the bikes provided. The backyard pool area is beautiful!

Location, location, location

This is the first time I have stayed in Naples Park. This property was great - proximity to the beach, quiet residential neighborhood, nice pool with cage and lots of space. It would have been nice to have king beds in the primary and second bedrooms, and the living room couches were hard to get out of but overall this house was perfect for an extended stay (I was there for 23 days). Management was very responsive too. Will stay here again!

We love Naples Park

We’ve stayed in several homes in the area, each one nice, but this home has topped them all. The light filled, large rooms- immaculately cleaned and pleasantly decorated, compliment the beautiful back yard. The screened lanai, saltwater pool, and nicely furnished patio furniture were enjoyed every day. A great gas grill and well stocked kitchen were appreciated when not dining at the many restaurants close by! The bicycles and beach umbrellas and chairs sealed the deal. The kind owner was responsive and hospitable. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Great value in Naples Park

This is a really good pet-friendly, value rental in Naples Park. The street is very nice, the pool is great (warm and clean) and it has plenty of everything you will need including the four bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach towels plus household items like tp, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergents, cleaning supplies, etc. The two Queen beds are very comfortable (master is firm, which I need) and the bathrooms are nice. Some areas could use a “refresh” — the sofas are quite saggy and the master bedroom carpet is pretty worn. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach when we had an issue (locked ourselves out during a power outage). Proximity to the two beautiful beaches (Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins State Park) is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Naples this March!

Family Vacation in Naples

The house was spacious and super clean! The backyard is private and the heated pool was wonderful. The hosts' communication was great, they responded to our questions promptly. We enjoyed an easy 1 mile bike ride (4 bikes provided by host) or walk to Vanderbilt Beach. We explored nearby Clam Pass Beach ($8 fee), Loudermilk Beach, and Lovers Key State Park (kayaking here with Manatee viewing!) - (also $8 to get in plus pay for kayak, they also have a beach and walking trails). The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk or bike around it too. Hibiscus is a nice public golf course with a driving range about 30 miinutes away. I worked remotely from here and the Wi-Fi worked great for that. Only thing that could have made this spectacular vac better was if the master had a king size bed instead of queen (just our preference) and the living room couch was a little saggy (prefer firmness :)). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this lovely house!

Best property manager ever!

My husband and I stayed here for a month and worked remotely while also having a bit of a vacation. The house looks even better than in the photos and the re-done pool area is fantastic. You’re steps to the beach and minutes away from everything Naples/Bonita have to offer. I can’t say enough good things about the property manager/owners - they were very proactive in ensuring we had a great, stress-free stay… which it certainly was! We had a wonderful month and will definitely be back!

Wonderful relaxing vacation

Our family of 5 with 3 children ages 8-13 had a wonderful trip. This is one of the very best vrbo homes we have stayed in across the many we have tried across the country. The owner has thought of and included everything you need to enjoy the beautiful pool and of course the beach nearby. There are bikes for use, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. He also kindly provided snacks and beverages for us- something I’ve never seen at a vrbo and such a great idea and appreciated. The area is fabulous with great restaurants, grocery stores, etc. close by and so relaxing compared to other areas in Florida. We also did a nearby sunset cruise and shelling cruise and enjoyed those as well. It shows that this home is well taken care of by an individual and not a large management company. There’s a huge difference in the amenities provided and thoughtfulness. We will certainly come back for our spring break again!

Wonderful Vacation Week

Extremely pleased with our stay here. Everything was clean & up to date. The house was well equipped with things that we needed. Very easy to check in & out. Enjoyed bike rides to the beach. Our favorite & most relaxing part was the Lanai area with the heated pool. The neighborhood was quiet but close to things.

Great location and home

Naples Park is an excellent location and the home is very conveniently located near beaches, state park, shopping and grocery stores. Home has everything a family would need for a long stay. We spent quite a few days by the pool which is heated and fenced in and private. All appliances worked well and all needed supplies were already there in plentiful amounts. Beach area bliss

The house was very clean spacious and in a perfect location. Only 4 stars because the block was undergoing utility construction. Very difficult to walk or drive on the block with trucks and cones all over. The location is perfect near the beach. The bicycles were in the house and worked well.

Great space, great location

This house exceeded our expectations. Although a bit dated in decor, the house was very clean and very well equipped. The high ceilings and open floor plan give you a lot of space. The master bedroom was spacious and included a large walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and cleaning and food staples. We were pleasantly surprised to find a new lanai over the pool that wasn't shown in the pictures. We used the bikes, backpack beach chairs and towels provided. It's just a one mile easy bike to Vanderbilt Beach. The house is on a block in Naples Park that is one of the quieter, nicer ones with mostly updated homes. We would definitely rent this house again. My only suggestion is to get rid of the hundreds of DVDs that fill the shelfs :)

Outstanding accommodations

This is one of the cleanest, well maintained homes we have ever stayed in while vacationing in Naples. The home is large and bright, furniture is very comfortable (including beds), the pool area is screened in and leads to a lovely lanai/sitting area that is perfectly located away from direct sun. The amenities are extremely useful including 4 bicycles with locks, anything you need for the beach, good quality pots and pans and cooking supplies. The owners are obviously very dedicated to ensuring a great vacation experience and we highly recommend this property. It’s about a 10 min walk to Vanderbilt beach, or 3 min bike ride, the location is superb.

Perfect Getaway

The property is impeccably taken care of and well stocked. Comfortable beds, towels, everything worked, kitchen had all you needed to cook. I would highly recommend this for a Naples vacation. Really close to the Ritz and Vanderbilt beach.

A wonderful, relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful six-day stay at this lovely home in Naples. The space was lovely - nicely laid out with high ceilings and a very open floor plan that made it feel much bigger than it was. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all gracefully and simply decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were lovely. Very nice landscaping which created a nice sense of privacy. Everything we wanted was there; truly the owner thought of everything. We loved using the bikes. There were four adult bikes and then we easily rented two kid bikes to accommodate our group. We biked to the two local beaches and then biked all around the quiet, residential neighborhood which had wide sidewalks and bike paths galore. We will definitely come again! Maria, Winchester, MA
