My typical rental experience is one in which the pictures exceed reality. Not with this property where reality exceeds expectations. This property is in fantastic shape and in a great neighborhood that is in walking distance to the Ritz and beach. The house, with its three bedrooms, easily accommodated our group of five adults. There is a spacious living room that is perfect for watching TV and relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and has high end appliances and is stocked with dish ware and cooking ware. The eating area is nicely situated with a view of the heated pool. The pool and backyard are well maintained and create a pleasant environment. The owner is a great communicator and is invested in the renter’s experience. For example, since the weather forecast for our stay included some cooler days, the owner proactively came over our first day to ensure the heated pool was at the appropriate temperature to enjoy its use, which we surely did. It’s really rewarding to rent from an owner/manager who is committed to offering a quality property and the renter’s well-being. I highly recommend this property!
