Our single family heated pool and spa home is located on a corner lot with a completely fenced in back yard. This short term rental home allows 2 non-shedding pets with no additional fees and is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a local playground within walking distance in the neighborhood. Our home is within 4 miles of Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach as well as the Mercato, Pavilion and Waterside Shops.

Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of North Naples! This charming single-family pool and spa home is designed to accommodate families, friends traveling together for a golf or fishing outing, or retired couples seeking a serene retreat. Book now and experience the best of Naples! Located on a dead end street, our home is completely fenced on all sides making it pet and kid friendly! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms there is plenty of room to spread out indoors and outdoors.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept floor plan. A welcoming table with ambient lighting sets the tone for a cozy stay. The open dining room seats six, with four chairs and two stools, seamlessly connecting to the family room featuring an electric sofa and a manual loveseat, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows on the large-screen TV.

The kitchen offers additional dining for three at the counter, complemented by a stainless steel appliance package, a double sink, and a window overlooking the lanai and pool. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig or regular coffee pot at the convenient coffee bar, and relax on the lanai.

The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, dual nightstands, a chair, a wall mounted TV and two fans for added comfort. A large dresser and a walk-in closet complete the room, which offers a view of and direct access to the pool. The en suite bathroom boasts a glass-block enclosed shower, a large vanity, and a privacy-glass window for natural light.

Bedroom #2, facing the front of the home, includes a queen bed, a large closet, a small dresser, and a desk with a chair. Bedroom #3, also with a queen bed, provides direct pool access, a large dresser, a nightstand with a lamp, and a large TV. All bedrooms feature overhead ceiling fans with lights for your comfort.

Bathroom #2 is ideal for kids, featuring a shower and tub combo with a single vanity. It also serves as a pool bath with direct access to the lanai.

The outdoor area is the highlight of this home. The south-facing pool and lanai enjoy sunlight all day, while the covered area offers shade and comfort. The pool deck features an outdoor dining set with an umbrella and seating for six. The covered area includes a large TV, two fans with lights, café string lights, and an outdoor sofa and chair. Guests can also enjoy the combo pellet smoker and propane gas grill.

The pool and spa are located on the screened and covered lanai. Facing south, the pool receives warm sunlight all day long. At the end of the day enjoy a sunset on one of our local beaches or go outside and look down towards the end of the street as it faces west and has a large open vantage to horizon.

Being located right in the heart of north Naples near Immokalee Road and Airport Road, the home is a little over 4 miles away from the Vanderbilt Beach north access and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State park beach just on the other side of the Bluebill Ave bridge. The Mercato, Waterside Shops and the Pavilion are all 10 minutes or less away. Guests can walk to the Pipers Crossing Plaza at the front of the neighborhood which has Jimmy Johns, a Cuban, Italian/Pizza, Burger and a Omelet restaurant. Willoughby Acres is a very pedestrian friendly and within walking distance from the home is a small playground with a walking path, benches and a sidewalk connecting to to the neighboring community of Palm River which also has miles of roads to explore.

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received full payment and it is 2 weeks prior to arrival. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation.
