LENTE / ZOMER 2018 SPECIALE WATER VOORZIJDE MET OPTIONELE BOOTVERHUUR

Onze 5 slaapkamers, 4 badkamers volledig afgeschermd in huis met 3 niveaus en meer dan 3500 m² onder het dak leefbare ruimte zorgt voor een eiland speeltuin. Het lagere niveau omvat een groot zwembad met waterval, bubbelbad, barbecue en bar en een eigen 1 slaapkamer-eenheid met en-suite kitchenette en bad. Het middelste niveau biedt een meer intieme omgeving voor reizigers en omvat een woonkamer met twee zithoeken, een open keuken en een eetgedeelte met weids uitzicht op de golf met een groot omwikkeld dek met uitzicht in alle richtingen. Dit niveau omvat ook drie slaapkamers met elk een eigen badkamer, wasruimte met voorlader wasmachine en droger. De derde verdieping bestaat uit een grote open slaapkamer met hoog plafond met een eigen groot privé stakingsdek met adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf.

Het huis ligt aan een breed kanaal op slechts 75 meter van het open water van de golf. Dit in combinatie met de huur van onze optionele 24 voet Grady White (voor slechts $ 1200 voor een hele week) aangedreven door een 220 PK motor kan u en tot 7 meer van uw feest meenemen door kalm beschermd water naar verlaten ongerepte witte zandstranden net momenten weg. Je kunt ook een verbazingwekkende twintig minuten rennen door het kalme water achter het eiland Keywaydin helemaal naar het centrum van Napels, de boot aanmeren en door de kleurrijke straten en winkels van het centrum van de stad wandelen. Evenzo is het slechts tien minuten naar Marco Island. Of u kunt een van onze twee kajaks uit onze steiger nemen en peddelen rond de rustige baaien en baaien die deel uitmaken van de eilanden van Capri, met zijn dolfijnen en overvloedige zeevogels en vangstmogelijkheden voor de kust. Je hebt ook een goede kans om zeekoeien binnen enkele meters van de kust te spotten.

Het vasteland is ook bereikbaar via een enkele weg. De buren van Isle of Capri in de buurt van Marco Island.

... genesteld tussen de Florida Everglades en de Golf van Mexico. Een vrijwel onontdekt paradijs, de eilanden van Capri zijn een droomlocatie om te ontspannen en te ontspannen, vissen en zwemmen. De eilanden van Capri liggen op 3,2 km van Marco Island en zijn fantastische stranden, winkels en restaurants, en op 20 minuten van de verfijnde restaurants en winkels van Napels.

Er zijn veel golfbanen, bootverhuur en diensten aan het water op slechts enkele minuten afstand. What a lovely home and location. Just minutes from the Marco area water wonderland by boat or car. Perfect family place with so many private, comfortable rooms. The pool and patio are awesome.

This house was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely perfect—tucked in a peaceful area but still close to everything. One of the best parts? Watching the sunset every evening from the back patio or, if you want a truly breathtaking view, head up to the third floor. It was like having front-row seats to the most beautiful show in town.The house itself is spacious, airy, and well laid out—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling cramped. We had a small issue with the pool heater, but Daniel, the owner, was amazing. He responded quickly and had it resolved right away. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests are comfortable and taken care of.All in all, this stay was a dream. Would absolutely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

We had a great time on the Isle of Capri. Have stayed many times on Marco Island, but we wanted something more laid back with quick access to the best boating waters. This house and location were perfect. Daniel the manager was also very responsive.

Great space, nice layout. Spacious well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds, good linens, plenty of towels for the house and outside. Lots of different areas to hang out. And less than 15 minutes to get out to the Gulf and onto beautiful beaches.

The house location and size with what it has to offer is good. The problem is it has many things that need fixed and repaired. It’s worn, we expected better based upon the pictures online. We will not stay there again.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. (4 adults, 2 kids) The downstairs room is its own separate apartment which was great for my brother to have his own space. The pool and hot tub area was one of our favorite spots to relax/play after boating all day. The screend in back porch kept the mosquitos out so the outdoors were able to be enjoyed. We watched sunsets and storms from the top deck. Having the dock and direct access to the gulf was AMAZING!!! We had dolphins swimming in the canal directly behind the house. The location overall was wonderful. We were able to walk to a couple restaurants. We really enjoyed the Isles of Capri Fish House with live music, a mini beach area and great food/service. All the neighbors we met were so friendly and helpful. The drive to Marco Island was quick and easy. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Being able to store our boat trailer on property was a bonus. We only had 2 cars so parking was easy. There were umbrellas and plenty of beach chairs and towels. Overall we had the best trip. I can not wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay at this house that is very conveniently located on a canal.The pool and hot tub were great and our family had a wonderful time kayaking. Being on Isle of Capri is so quiet and relaxing. And the restaurants are so close. We got used to all the stairs. And it worked out because I just had the kids run all the stuff up and down the stairs. 😀

Daniel was a great host. He was super attentive to our needs. He was very quick to respond. The Isle of Capri was so quiet and laid back. We enjoyed quiet nights sitting in the lanai. The sunsets were beautiful. We had a great experience with dolphins coming into the canals each night. Our first night one got right up to the dock and turned on its side to look up at us! Great restaurants close by. Overall we had a wonderful experience!

We are a family of six adults and two children. The house was very roomy with enough bathrooms! The kitchen is big and allowed us to make several meals. Lots of nice outdoor space and we really enjoyed the pool!

The property is in a really great location. It's on a dead end street so it was quiet and private. The house is on a canal so we did see dolphins! The views from the upper deck and the kitchen windows were fantastic. It was in walking distance to 4 different restaurants, all on water with outdoor seating. Really fun!! The house was spacious and comfortable and the photos represented the house pretty well. The kitchen was beautiful with all new and nice appliances. There were a few issues that could be improved upon. While the kitchen is great, there was not nearly enough pots and pans to work with. Or serving bowls. Plenty of plates and silverware but a mish mash of pots and pans. The outside of the house could use some TLC. There was a big old boat in the driveway that took up some space. The host was very responsive initially but on our first full day we discovered the pool was not heating. It was a weekend day so service was difficult but he just kept insisting that it took time to heat up. The issue was resolved on the 4th day there and the host initiated a refund for heating the pool wihout us having to ask. We appreciated that and had a wonderful, relaxing pool day the next day. The area around the pool is shady but really nicely laid out with plenty of comfy furniture. Would recommend the property to others.

Every year for the last five years, eight of us have traveled throughout Florida always after the holidays. Some come from Colorado, South Dakota, and Connecticut. This was the first time we were close to Marco Island. We absolutely love the convenience of the area. The house was perfect for four adults, plenty of room, most of all plenty of bathrooms. The pool, and the hot tub were absolutely perfect and being on the canal with boat access was great. As for management you could not ask for better. We had a couple questions on the heating of the pool, and the response was within minutes. They also let us know that the house was ready early and that was great as well. We were traveling by car so we were in the area early.

This was a comfortable home. We liked the location between Naples and Marco Island. My grandchildren loved to see the dolphins out back and we enjoyed having kayaks to use. Finally, the hot tub by the pool was the best!

A perfect place to stay for a family of 8! The house is very specious and clean, a beautiful kitchen with dining area and lots of windows to see the awesome sunset every evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super nice. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the lanai with beautiful outdoor furniture. The pool, hot tub and kayaks were a big hit! The grill was perfect for having burgers for dinner. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, cooler to take to the beach. Peter Winn and Kendra are a phone call or text away if there are problems. I highly recommend this lovely house with the close by grocery stores, beaches, shopping, fishing and pontoon boat rental.

When everything goes perfect five stars are easy to give and easy to get. The only real way to earn five stars is what happens if help is needed. We needed some help and help was given, fast and friendly. This property has an excellent location on the water. The inside of the house is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary appliances.

The house is plenty big for 3-4 couples. The pool is nice. If you’re going during the winter months it could still be chilly even though it’s heated because about 90% of the pool is shaded by the upper deck. If you’re going in the summer months, it will probably be a blessing to have it shaded. Really nice area with a couple restaurants in walking distance. The closest beach is about 30 minutes by car, but that didn’t really matter to us. There was some debris on the side of the house, but I’m assuming that’s left over from the hurricane. All in all, for the money, it’s a great house. Managers were very responsive to any request.
