Experience the true Florida lifestyle at Sunshine Daydream! Located just 1 mile from the beach, it has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The home is within walking or biking distance of many restaurants, shopping centers, recreational activities, and beaches. This completely renovated bungalow, in the sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, with top-of-the-line finishes, is sure to amaze!!! There is space for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa (no extra charge for pool heat). It is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Naples.

The covered, screened lanai has comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, smart tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.

The living area is open to the kitchen and has ample seating, a smart TV, and bluetooth speakers with surround sound. Full view sliders open up to the lanai for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. It is stocked with everything you need to cook a feast. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is also a whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer for those of you who may need to work while on vacation.

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful, updated bathroom with plenty of storage.

You will find everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, a kids bike trailer, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.

Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owner`s approval prior to booking.

With restaurants, shopping, and other attractions just a short walk or bike ride away, you’ll be all set for an unforgettable vacation. This property has all of the charm, ambiance and amenities that make it your best choice for enjoying the Naples area.

We were searching for a beautiful house in Naples Park with at least two king size beds, a big table for the familie inside and outside and a big screened heated pool.There are not many houses that offer our demands and we were happy to find this beautiful house. Everything you need is inside, the furniture is on a very good shape, the beds are comfortable and the there is even a Florida state park pass so can save 6 Dollars a day on the beach.We loved it and will come back soon

This home was amazing! It was very clean and obviously recently updated with all the best finishes. My family especially loved the pool and hot tub! Beaches were very close by and the home offered everything needed to enjoy the beaches with towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers, including a backpack cooler which we primarily used. The beds were very comfortable, and there were even extra toiletries if needed. We found everything we needed to cook meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are four bicycles with helmets and bike locks which we used to ride the short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Although we didn’t need it, there was also a toddler trailer for the bikes and a tent for children at the beach. The outdoor TV was amazing, just had to use our own passwords to access streaming devices. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was not far from Walmart or restaurants. My family has already decided to return to this home!

Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Naples! The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The pool was a big hit - we especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. As Advertised and More!!

What can we say about this rental that has not already been said? It is more than advertise. Like lots of folks, I rely mostly on the five star rating and the review comments when choosing a rental. We could not find a single flaw in any of the reviews and that is why we chose this place and it did not disappoint. Ruth has thought of literally everything. We even tried to stump the rental at some point by saying “Surelythey won’t have a juicer.” Well, they had a juicer. Same with a few other unusual kitchen items. She has them all. The house is marvelously appointed and extremely comfortable. We were there for an orchestra audition, and there was plenty of room to make noise and not worry about disturbing the neighbors. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and the bedrooms were wonderful. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. I love that. There is new washer and dryer. We use them very often. Mostly, we spent our time on the back deck by the pool. The pool was beautiful, clean, bug free, and had everything we would want. I never thought I would care about having an outdoor television, but we used it often. The hot tub was wonderful as well. We did not have to worry about heating the pool as the temperature. It was plenty warm enough. The location proximity to the beach was amazing, The beach pass was also a welcome addition, to the state park. The neighborhood itself felt very safe. Lots of families. We never worried at all. Ruth is a fantastic host, in constant communication.

Great vacation in a superior house

A wonderful vacation in a beautiful, perfectly equipped house with a high feel-good factor. Everything was exactly as described, we found everything clean and tidy. We were able to make excellent use of the outdoor facilities with heated pool and whirlpool. The area is very quiet and close to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach. We were able to reach it in 5 minutes with the bicycles in the house. The communication with Ruth was perfect, engaging and extremely helpful. We will be back!

Fantastic!

This house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy a break from the cold winter up north. The house is beautifully appointed, and the amenities are amazing. The landscape is gorgeous and made for a beautiful setting to relax by the pool and in the hot tub. Great House!

The Sunshine Daydream house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. We have stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew the area well. Ruth (the owner) was great with communication before our arrival and with checkout instructions. We didn't have any problems with the house while we were there so we didn't need to contact her but I am confident she would been quick to respond as evidence with her quick communication prior to our arrival. Clean house with everything you need. Would highly recommend this house!
