Welcome to your lake view Paradise Suite in my home! This is a private apartment attached to my house.
I hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I always keep this place spotless!
Kings Lake, where this home is located, is one of the best kept secrets and safest zones in Naples.
It is only 5 minutes from downtown Naples and 10 minutes to our amazing beaches. The corner lot offers privacy with a serene peaceful lake and pool for relaxing. It is a very quiet area. Around the lake is a 1.5-mile walking or biking trail.
It has a private entrance through a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, refrigerator, stove, tabletop oven, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room has its own washer and dryer. The living room/kitchen area has a sofa bed and flat screen tv. The bathroom is stocked with towels and a hairdryer and provides direct access to the pool. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxury mattress, large screen tv and a walk-in closet. The bedroom sliding doors lead directly out to the pool. There is another room /tv room with a sofa bed for 3 person.There is also a seating area for two at the lake near the house with a fire pit. You will have access to the pool during the hours from 8 am to 7pm. There is a gas grill available for your use. This can be your cozy home away from home in beautiful Naples!

service pets/dogs are not allowed on my property because of my building restrictions/HOL and also safety of my elderly neighbors.

The photo displayed in the app does not accurately reflect reality—specifically regarding the privacy of the pool. Furthermore, the sofa bed is uncomfortable to sleep on; the owner turned off the air conditioning at night, making the heat unbearable. Consequently, the stay was a very poor experience. I hope the necessary corrective measures are taken so that the reputation of this excellent app is not compromised. Thank you for your understanding. Could you please clarify the 40 payment for the two hours of early check-in? The app indicates that I owe a total of 289. Thank you.

The place was like a little place from Paradise. Loved the seashell theme, the small creative crafty items throughout the facility, and the pool was so wonderful (the added flamingos lite up in the evening in the pool, and outdoors. Shops and restaurants only 10-15 minutes away and near our seminar venue. The host was so accommodating and responsive. Yes we will stay there again when we return.

This place is amazing…very private, clean, plush towels and linens. Home away from home! The pool is very nice and the back yard and garden are very private and nice. The wildlife by the pond is so relaxing to watch and felt very safe the whole time we were there! Wonderful place!!!!

Victoria’s place is so beautiful and serene. The pool is right outside the bedroom door, great for a morning swim or sit out and have a cup of coffee. She is a wonderful host who left several amenities here and there that made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay in Naples! Victoria was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and truly thoughtful. The space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The location was perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Victoria to anyone visiting the area.

Beware! This listing is not at all as advertised. We left the property after twenty minutes, we were so disappointed. It is dingy and depressing. None of the seating areas, outside spaces, looked like her photoshopped advertisement of her rental. The rental is a small side unit, you get the small, not very private side yard, which is not as pretty as she makes them out to be in her photos. You will share the UNHEATED pool, with a caged parakeet that has made a mess everywhere, (of course not in the advertised photos) and the pool gets cold in the winter. Also, you have no control over the temperature/climate control of your small unit . You have to ask her to change it when it's convenient for her. This place is not at all worth the money, and it's in a neighborhood that does not reflect the amount she is charging. Victoria is falsely advertising her rental. She would not answer her phone when we got to the rental to reach out with questions and became aggressive as soon as I told her we were disappointed. I do not recommend this property at all.

Beautiful and peaceful!

I loved the ease of check in however I didn’t hear back from the host after I sent several messages. Then I learned she was out of the country. I would have enjoyed the pool more had it not been so hot! It wa s great for night time swimming but disappointing when I wanted to be refreshed during the hot temperatures of the day. All in all a great quiet stay and I loved the size of the space—very comfortable. And the pathway around the lake was great for walking my dog. So convenient to the grocery store—didn’t even have to go on a main road! I would stay here again. Thank you Veronica! Hope to meet you next time!

I WAS THROWN OUT AND NOT REFUNDED

The owner of this property is deceitful. I very well may have made an honest mistake (and forgot to click about bringing my dog), but 1) the property IS pet friendly, 2) when VRBO brought it to my attention that I hadn’t paid the pet fee, I was billed DOUBLE for it and paid it IMMEDIATELY… But 2 minutes after I paid the pet fee for 3 nights, the property owner cancelled my entire weekend reservation. WHY ask for that extra money if you’re going to throw me out anyway?!?! Furthermore, this owner has cameras on her property but doesn’t disclose that in the listing.

Very Peaceful.

I was so excited to see the creative flower gardens along the side of the house. The chairs out by the lake were heavenly. So tranquil. We sat out there for a couple of hours watching the birds and turtles. The house was fabulous. Victoria has such an eclectic style of decorating and was fun to see all of her special touches. We would 100% recommend!

Great stay in comfortable accommodation!

The property is in an attractive neighbourhood. The check-in instructions were straightforward and clear. As we planned to arrive after dark, Victoria kindly left the lights on for us. We immediately felt at home. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained; and precisely as advertised. The garden and pool area were great; we loved the views to the lake at the bottom of the garden, and the walk around the larger nearby lake. When we had a couple of questions, we were able to contact Victoria easily and she responded helpfully and very quickly; but other than that, we would not have known she was around, we felt very comfortable and private. Thanks for a great stay, Victoria!

Fabulous 'Beach House' - Cozy & Cute & Has Everything that You need on a Get Away Vacation!

Victoria's Home Away From Home was Wonderful! She was a Wonderful host! I cannot believe how Comfortable the Bed, pillows, everything..... was! She had so many condiments, toiletries, spices, you name it, if you forgot it, she had it. The pool area is gorgeous, and then while swimming, you looked out at a serene lake! Her yard was decorated with sea shells, and lovely lights, and just so well done with amazing decorations and plants. This property is one of the most comfortable and cozy homes that we have vacationed in - ever - 5 STAR!! Thank-You Victoria! :)
