because of the order to evacuate my resident of Ft Myers because of the hurricane Ian that directly hit us. I attempted to ck in one day earlier and was told that there was no power, no food because restaurant closed, no AC in the room's due to the hurricane Ian that hit Ft Myers the Ritz would not have power for an indefinite period. I then fled on the afternoon of the hurricnae to the east coast of fl talked with front desk mgr. at the Ritz who indicated that there would be no charge for this reservation

Not Ritz Carlton standards!
Super disappointed with our stay overall. The customer service both in person and via the phone ahead of our trip was terrible. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of an overall update and maintenance but instead they are doing construction to add a new section, which was unsightly and noisy. Our massage therapists arrived 10 min late and did not extend our service so it was cut short. Won't be returning.
