  • Je rustige retraite in Florida! Torrey Pines is een ruime, onlangs gerenoveerde eengezinswoning in Lely Country Club, gunstig gelegen in de buurt van veel van de beste golfbanen van Napels en op slechts 15 minuten van de stranden van het centrum van Napels. Een gloednieuw verwarmd zwembad met zonnebank is onlangs voltooid en kijkt uit op de Royal Palm Country Club-golfbaan. Een afgeschermde Lanai houdt de bugs buiten terwijl je geniet van buitenleven op je overdekte patio. Binnen is de woning stijlvol gerenoveerd in een boerderij-chique stijl met overal houten plankentegels, designbadkamers met glazen douches en een open conceptkeuken en familiekamer die uitstromen naar de overdekte Lanai. Alle slaapkamers en de familiekamer zijn gemonteerd (met koorden verborgen!) HDTV's met volledige kabeldienst en het huis, zoals bij alle vakantiewoningen van The Holiday Life, zijn voorzien van razendsnelle WiFi, een volledige suite van eersteklas wit linnengoed en badstof en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Alle bedden zijn nieuw in 2018. Als u op zoek bent naar een luxe, executive-stijl eengezinswoning in Napels, hebt u de droom bij Torrey Pines gevonden!

Great experience!

We were very happy with this home. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a morning of pickleball at the nearby East Naples Community Park on several occasions. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided was a very nice touch. Enjoyed watching the various ducks and birds that frequented the pond behind the house. Beautiful sunrises were enjoyed looking out from the kitchen island in the morning. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely rent this home again.

The pool is great and golf course views are fantastic. We initially rented for 7 weeks and was so sad as we were getting closer to the end of our stay that we extended for an another 2 weeks! The property management team was great, very responsive to any questions and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going as expected. Also want to talk about the neighborhood which never gets mentioned. The house is near the very end of the block when you turn in right which makes it nice and quiet away from any road noise. Neighbors are very friendly and all the houses are very well maintained. Location is perfect near all shopping, 10 minutes to downtown Naples and the beach! If your a golfer Hibiscus (Public course) is 5mins from the house. Couldn't ask for a better place to be! We will definitely be back!
