'It looks like the owner stopped carrying about the rental's quality a long time ago. The house is for sale and that explains the non draining bathroom sink, broken toilet paper holder, mold at the bottom of a shower curtain, TV with no signal, dirty/greasy inside of the oven, leftover bottles with alcohol inside of the kitchen cabinet or sooo dusty bbq cover that makes you wonder about the bbq... .
