'The AC unit sounded like screaming banshee that had a baseball card stuffed into its bike spokes. Couldn’t sleep. So then we had to turn it off and it was so hot, we couldn’t sleep. The washroom fan had the same issue metal on metal screeching The pendent light over the table was also dangling from the ceiling with no insulation and electrical tape holding a splice together. Total electrical hazard. No way to lock the door with a keyless lock from the inside. No chain. Or flip latch....
