'Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere '

'Was disappointed during my last stay, and had hoped things had improved this stay. It’s obvious some renovation has happened but sadly the main building and ‘beach’ pool need a refurb. We did have some positive staff interactions but overall staff need to pay attention to detail - gardens and grounds (bottles left in flower beds, nappy on the lawn). Had to follow up on things. Still a beautiful location though.'

'Very clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Couldn’t fault the motel for a place to rest our heads. Yes the noise from the motorway was quite loud but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there in the future. Great location for the theme parks.'
