Please note the fireplace does not work. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and bake. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this location. Many exciting things are right by us. The airport is only about 15 minutes away as well. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis readily available. Our house is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Music City has to offer!

You have access to all spaces in the main house. The garage is not accessible to you. Someone lives in an apartment above the garage. They do not have any access to the house. There is another property on this same lot.

Please note that a required $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No local bookings allowed.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! It will be a $500 fine. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the garage. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
