2 MILES vanaf DOWNTOWN / BROADWAY / VANDY! WANDEL NAAR RESTAURANTS en RETAIL! De "Caroline House Nashville", opgericht in 1921, is een volledig gerestaureerde Luxury Historic bungalow die in het voorjaar van 2015 is gepubliceerd door lokale media, waaronder de Tennessean en CBS News Channel 5! Deze charmante designer woning is gelegen in de 'hotste' wijk in Nashville, Historic 12South / Melrose!

We hebben geconstateerd dat groepen naar ons eigendom trekken als ze op zoek zijn naar de perfecte ruimte voor een speciale feestelijke gelegenheid. Onze herberg is bewust ontworpen om veel comfortabele opties voor groepen te bieden om quality time te verzamelen en door te brengen met de middelen die het meest betekenen. In het Caroline House Nashville is ons doel om herinneringen te creëren die een leven lang meegaan!

Er zijn in totaal (4) privé-queensize-ensuites, elk met een eigen badkamer, en een suite is eigenlijk een studio met (2) queensize bedden, zodat accommodatie in totaal (10) in bedden slaapt. Luxe Suites beschikken allemaal over privébaden, zachte badjassen, grote donzige handdoeken, Italiaanse Frette-lakens en dezelfde 'Heavenly Bed'-matras die u aantreft in Westin-hotels. Wees voorbereid op het genieten van de voorzieningen op hetzelfde niveau als vijfsterrenhotels, maar niet op de vijfsterrenprijs!

De keuken is uit een Williams-Sonoma en Potterybarn-catalogus geslagen met geavanceerde apparaten en de beste kookgerei en servies voor uw gebruik.

Gasten hebben toegang tot alle grote woonruimtes van de woning, waaronder de familiekamer, keuken, comfortabele veranda en een overdekt terras met zachte buitenmeubels en een open haard. Wij bieden een combo-code voor gebruik bij de toegang tot het onroerend goed, zodat u kunt komen en gaan wanneer u maar wilt! Als je 's avonds laat thuiskomt na wat klassiek plezier van Nashville, is het huis goed verlicht met verlichting rondom het pand, zodat je je bij aankomst veilig voelt.

Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat direct voor het pand, evenals op onze eigen rit. Als we in de stad zijn, begroeten wij u bij uw aankomst om u te helpen bij het vinden van uw reservering en zullen we u helpen met het maken van reserveringen voor het diner of andere plannen om u te helpen genieten van uw verblijf!

Merk op dat we een STEDELIJKE BUURT zijn die SMACK is in het midden van de STAD! We zijn 'stadsmensen' en houden ervan om in 12South te wonen, waar we kunnen wandelen naar een overvloed aan restaurants, coffeeshops, locaties voor livemuziek en boetiekjes! We kunnen niet wachten om onze buurt met jullie te delen!

Omdat we in het centrum van de stad zijn, is transport een fluitje van een cent! Er is een bussysteem dat 2 blokken verderop ligt, of een Uber- of Lyft-rit van $ 6 - $ 10 brengt je overal in het centrum en in het centrum van Nashville. Er zijn keuzes van restaurants en coffeeshops binnen een paar blokken tot maximaal een 1/2 mijl lopen. Op 1,5 km afstand zijn er ook fietsen beschikbaar om door de stad te rijden en in te checken bij een ander zusterfietsstation in de stad. Velen houden ervan om een fiets op te pikken in onze buurt, 12 uur Zaterdag, en fietsen naar het centrum 1,5 km verderop, en daar de fietsen in te checken.

Merk op dat we zijn geïnspecteerd door de Fire Marshall, volledig verzekerd zijn en in overeenstemming met Metro Nashville-codes. Onze PERMIT # is 201525036

Family Reunion July 2022

After months of staying home, the Caroline House was the perfect location for our family reunion. There were numerous amenities and plenty of space for guests. Ashley made the checkin and checkout very helpful. This is an excellent location for family fun and easy access to downtown area.

Amazing Guys Trip

We had a group of 11 guys stay in the house over the past 4+ days last week. We rented the entire house. I'm not sure where to even begin. This was by far the best and smoothest run VRBO rental I've ever rented. We absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful experience from initial booking until departure. Ashley (the proprietor) made herself available for anything we needed but in all reality I don't think I called/texted her once during our stay as every little detail was covered from the get go. The biggest pros from our group was space and the location. We never once felt cramped at all. The main living area is large with a big dining table and counter space along with very comfortable couches. The backyard area was very nice with outdoor couches and chairs. We cooked two nice meals at the house and never found ourselves looking for a pot/pan/utensil or seasoning as this house has it all. The location was perfect for us. We never had more than a 10 minute Uber ride for everything we did while in Nashville. It was a 5 minute walk to both the very nice Publix grocery store and the incredible Hattie B's Hot Chicken. We frequented both places multiple times. Overall, every guy on the trip stated how happy and impressed they were with the house. We would absolutely stay at this house again if we ever find ourselves back in Nashville!

Thanksgiving in Nashville

We had an amazing week in Nashville with our entire family, largely because of this property. The house and its owners are welcoming and warm and its size was perfect for us all to spread out--but yet gather on the amazing back patio (fireplace), play pool/darts in the basement and cook a huge Thanksgiving dinner. I can't recommend this place more highly.

Unforgettable Stay!

Our stay at the Caroline House for our daughter's wedding could not have been better! We booked the"run of the house" for family, some of the bridal party, and the bride. Our hosts took such great care of us : ensuring we had plenty of extra towels and linens, clearing leaves in the gorgeous outdoor spaces for wedding photos, and even offering to run any morning-of errands. The house is spotless and filled with beautiful and inviting furnishings. The kitchen is well-stocked, and plenty of firewood is provided for the outdoor fireplace, which we fully enjoyed on several crisp fall evenings. The Caroline House was perfect for our family's special event. We look forward to returning and for a B&B stay on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you, Ashley and Michael( and Desti the house dog!)for an unforgettable weekend!

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home in a great area close to town!

My husband and I rented this home for a holiday retreat with our children and grandchildren, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Not only is the house beautifully decorated, the owners have included so many nice touches that made us feel right at home -- from the heavenly beds to the provided coffee and accoutrement, we were delighted with our stay. The house is close to several of the Nashville area hotspots, but tucked in a beautiful neighborhood. Ashley was a great communicator before, during and after our trip, and Shawn greeted us and made sure we were all set.

Four couples LOVED staying here for a long weekend in Nashville. Ashley was wonderful to work with and made our stay easy. We had a nice welcome to the home with delicious coffee, local chocolates and vodka! It was clean and accommodating. Location is perfect for exploring the 12 south area. Great suggestions for eats and things to do in a binder. We did uber to other parts of town (average cost around $12). We rented the entire house. If you don't, you may be in quite close contact with others also renting just a room. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the evenings with a cozy fire. Would definitely recommend and return. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Only disappointment for me was their dog was not around.

Awesome, Fabulous, Amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous home in a beautiful well established quiet neighborhood in Nashville. Loved the easy walk to 12 South area. The home had every amenity we could imagine. The extra touch of local coffee beans, drinks and snacks in the fridge were a great unexpected plus! Michael and Ashley truly showed us some outstanding Southern hospitality. The short ride to downtown and the airport make this home a perfect place to stay!

We recently celebrated my birthday at the Caroline House with a group of friends and it was unforgettable! The owners, Ashley and Michael, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We totally enjoyed ourselves! The accommodations worked really well for us. Easy Uber ride to downtown or places to walk were close as well. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Would go back if the occasion rose!!

Beautiful Historic Bungalow

Had a wonderful experience over the New Year holiday. Driveway is gated for secure parking and it was a short, inexpensive Uber to Broadway. We also found some very nice cocktails and dining within waling distance. The house was beautifully maintained and decorated. The refrigerator was stocked with some essential items, and the owners provided coffee products. Beautiful outdoor covered sitting area, complete with a fireplace and all the wood we could have wanted. As a bonus, we got to hang around with Desti, the owners loveable golden retriever. This was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this property and stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.
