It's centrally located & a 1/2 mile to Midtown, Demonbruen Hill, the Gulch, & Vanderbilt University. Belmont University is only .9 miles & downtown on Broadway is 1.2 miles.

Our newly constructed townhouse is right in the heart of Nashville: perfect for whatever your vacation has in store! It doesn't get any more conveniently located than this! Free street parking & 2 additional parking spots in the alley. All furniture is brand new, has a fully stocked kitchen & fast wifi.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Enter into the open-concept dining/kitchen/living space. The elegant dining area is first, with room for 6-8 to sit at the table. From there, you’ll find a chef’s kitchen full of luxury touches, including granite countertops, gas range, all new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.

At the back of the house, you’ll find the sunken living room with elegant furnishings, a large 65" flat-screen TV, conversation corner and access to the patio via French doors.

Our house sleeps up to 12 guests between five bedrooms (technically one is bonus room with a queen bed and sliding barn door), and 2 twin xl 4 inch memory foam floor mattresses that can be placed in the living room (or wherever works best for you.) All beds are brand new BeautyRest Mattresses. The master has a king-size bed and 36" TV, plus an elegant en-suite private bathroom with a dual quartz vanity and tile walk-in shower with a rain shower-head.

The other 2 upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds, 36" TVs and share a double sink bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The fourth bedroom, on the main level, also has a queen-size bed, a 36" TV and a single sink bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hallway. This is also the common bathroom on the main floor.

We’ve also got lots of outdoor space for you to relax in, too! Have a cookout on the grill and spend some time in the conversation space under the shaded pergola on the patio.

Utilize the backyard to BBQ on the gas grill and hang out.

Private house concerts are available upon request! This includes 1 or 2 of Nashville's finest singer / songwriters from a pool of artists who are in town and available. They will play a 1.5 hour set and it is an additional charge. If you are interested, please let me know and I'll get it booked! I highly recommend this experience!
