Brand new home in hip East Nashville only 5 minutes from all the best that Nashville has to offer. 1 mile from 5-points in East Nashville and Shelby Park, 2 miles to Broadway / Downtown, 15-20 minutes to the Airport. Quiet safe neighborhood, the house is full of natural light, large windows, large open kitchen, tall ceilings and is the perfect retreat for your getaway to experience Music City. Large living room TV along with TVs in all 4 bedrooms, Netflix streaming included and fiber wi-fi internet.

Detailed house rules:
- No shoes inside (taken off in entryway on brick portion is ok or leave outside front door)
- No parties or extra guests allowed except those listed on reservation
- No excessive loud volumes (please respect neighbors)
- No smoking of any kind on premises (inside or outside) - if you have smokers in your group, please consider booking another property to avoid extra chargers for smoke-cleaning fees.
- No drugs
- No pets permitted (due to severe health allergies we do not allow any animals into the house)
- Legal alcohol permitted, only reasonable consumption, not excessive
- Must leave house clean on departure (kitchen cleaned up, dishes washed or in the dishwasher), trash taken out, all used bedding/towels taken off the beds
- Please switch on ventilation fans when taking showers
- Please clean up food after eating / don't leave food out to prevent pest problems
- Please be conscious of your luggage, carry them upstairs carefully without bumping walls and do not place them up again walls in rooms to avoid scrapes, wear and damage to walls
- Towels are provided and meant to be used for clean drying and not used for dirt, spills or makeup removal.
- Early check-in or late check-out might be available and may incur additional costs

A note about the neighborhood:
Located in Shelby Hills neighborhood, a quiet safe residential neighborhood of East Nashville that's close to everything. The house is just 1 mile away from some of the best dining and nightlife Nashville has to offer, close to 5 points neighborhood in East Nashville, hip area for nightlife and bars and 1 mile away from Shelby Park. Please consider many neighborhoods in East Nashville are in the process of gentrification, a mix of older homes and brand new million dollar home builds. The street this house is located on is safe and we have never had any safety issues. On your drive over to the home, depending how you approach, you may go through industrial areas or pass by lower-income housing, or you may drive through residential home areas or nature parks. Please don't be alarmed by the surrounding area. In the 2 years living here we haven't had any incidents. Free street car parking has always been safe and is plentiful and available right outside in front of the house. It is probably not advised to walk alone at night although we have done so dozens of times without issue. Please don't leave valuables in your car for safety. All this is stated as extra info so there are no surprises or false expectations that based on the exterior house photo, the entire neighborhood will look similar (only about half the homes in the area are new builds). Overall Shelby Hills is considered a great neighborhood for Nashville, an excellent location close to downtown and many attractive sites to see in Nashville.

Children are welcome but we don't have specific accommodations for kids (no toys/games etc). We do have on hand a toddlers playpen and other requests like child's chair might be possibly provided by special request.
