Everything was extraordinary! The staff was so kind and welcoming. They all went above and beyond and made our stay comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. My daughter and I were traveling alone and they made sure we felt safe and we did! Not once did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable and I feel that says a lot. My daughter and I travel a lot for her competitive team and this was the first hotel we genuinely didn't worry. We had order pizza for delivery one night but when I went to the desk to pick it up, it wasn't there. Before I could even feel any type of way, the 2 women at the front desk were on the phone, telling me they would find our food and take care of it! Turns out, it was delivered to the hotel behind ours. The breakfast provided was soooo good too! My daughter and I couldn't wait for breakfast bc it far surpassed any breakfast at the restaurants around (we loved the waffles and I, also the coffee). Our room was clean and very nice. Well worth the price! If anything what I paid for 2 nights, easily would have been a 1 night stay, with discount, at another less nice hotel. Beds were comfortable as well. My daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and the other visitors were easy to get along with and respectful of others space but definitely looked out for one another. Our stay exceeded expectations and we were so pleasantly surprised with it all. We will definitely stay here again, every year, when we travel back to Nashville for our sports.
