Location was everything with this property! We will always stay here if possible when we return just because of its location! Few things I wish were different( better mattress, pillows and shower head) but it’s all worth it because we loved the location.

This place is fantastic! Steps away from Broadway, yet super quiet. It has everything needed for your stay and the host is incredible. We had a couple of questions which were answered within a minute. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

It was a perfect location for everything that we had planned. We stayed in a loft department on the first floor, very convenient. The apartment was nice, tidy and cleans The bed sheets did not fit properly on the bed but other than that, I would recommend this apartment.

Great location in the heart of Nashville!

The location was awesome! Looks like the place is rented a lot and it could use some attention. I would stay again since the location was so amazing.

Perfect and convenient to everything

It was ideal and have everything we needed. Just a few steps and you were on Broadway and the owners were great!

Perfect location to experience all of the happenings on Broadway and easy access to Bridgestone Arena for the hockey game. Apartment was probably one of the nicest that we have stayed in using VRBO. Super quiet (despite being next to music establishments), well outfitted, and very comfortable. We encountered one issue with our checkin code but the host immediately remedied that. No problems in and out of the building and apartment after that. Parking was close by and while not cheap, was very convenient.

Proximity to entertainment we had tickets for, such as Seahawks game at Nissan stadium , and hockey tickets at Bridgestone . Other nearby events allowed us to avoid using a rental car during our entire stay. Room was quiet , yet right on the strip . Slept 3 comfortably .

The bed is yummy comfortable and the decor is nice and comfortable. There are no windows to the outside but sleeping is great. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Brittany!

Great location

Bring a blanket if someone needs to use the sleeper. Otherwise it was a great place to stay in the middle of all the action.

Room was clean, but they only gave us two towels to start off with, and the a/c kept leaking water in the floor so we used them to mop up the water. Then they also had signs up not to move the a/c cooler than 70 degrees and it got pretty warm in the late afternoon and evening. The lady manager was nice, but the check-in people definitely wouldn't budge on letting us in before 4:00 and then the codes to get in the doors wouldn't work when we checked in and the people we delt with didn't seem interested in helping very much. I was begging for help! With the temperatures in the 90's and no good way to unload, and the doors at the condo not letting us in for an hour, we got pretty stressed and had to hurry to freshen up because we had tickets to the Opry that first evening. It was stressful. After we got passed the first two days, it was good.

Great location and beautiful condo!

We stayed in this condo and the one across the hall with our group. The set up was absolutely perfect for us! The pull out couch was so big! The condo owner was very responsive to our few questions during our stay and the entry system of using a keypad was perfect for the group since we didn't have to pass a key back and forth. We loved our stay!

Nashville get away

Me and my wife loved the unit. Great location and the room was awesome! Everything you need is there. Full kitchen etc. and again the location is so convenient. Very secure building and easy access. Management very nice and helpful with any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderfully located, well equipped and comfortable room. No windows is a small negative but not a deal breaker. Bathroom needs a fan. Coffee station could be upgraded. These are small nitpicks just for owner's consideration. Overall, a great place. We will be back!

Very nice and secure.

There is a slight sound of the bands below and nearby that might cause you a problem if you are a light sleeper. You could use a soap dish or something to set shampoo, etc on in the shower. Someone before us must have taken the coffee cups.

Sorry to report but overall we were disappointed with this unit. The biggest issue was that the unit had no windows. Additionally, the mattress in the bedroom was in poor condition with a big depression in it. The AC unit was not functioning well and made a repetitive noise that made it difficult to sleep. Someone did come quickly to try and fix it but was not successful. Great location- to walk to the stadium and Broadway.

Loved how close it was to Broadway and the Ryman. Just walkout and ur just a couple steps away from the main strip! The living room/kitchen area was perfect to hangout for a little bit before heading out to the Ryman. We would definitely stay again!
