House Rules:

• NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation.

• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.

• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.

• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.



* Dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis (maximum 2). A $125 pet fee applies per dog. Please inquire with the host before booking, as weight and breed restrictions may apply. No cats allowed. The pet fee will be added to the reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.





Other Things to Know:

• Enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in! Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and we recommend arriving between 4–8 PM for the best experience. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may be limited. Please note, early check-ins must be approved in writing by management. Editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.

• After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to make sure everything is good to go!

• For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
