Clean and responsive!
This was a great spot to stay! It was quiet but still a short walk to broadway! The place was clean and they even had some coffee options already set up in the place (which I personally loved). The host was responsive and always replied quickly if I had a question. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend staying here!

Cozy and comfortable
We were in Nashville for a concert and we enjoyed our stay! Casey was quick to respond to any question we had, which we really appreciated. The apartment had all the amenities, was comfortable, and conveniently located. We would stay here again!

Good location - Great Price
The apartment is a fifteen minute walk up the hill from downtown Nashville (or 5 minutes on an electric scooter). It is located in a gated community, although a gate was removed for maintenance during our stay. The area felt safe and we did not experience any issues. The studio apartment itself is laid out very well, although there is a fire station located across the street so occasionally it was very noisy. The internet was fast enough, the TV was good, and the kitchen was set up nicely. The bathroom needs some work, but it was usable. All in all, it was a good stay and if the price is right, this is a great deal.

Good communication, location, parking
My wife and I had a nice four night stay, with good access to downtown. We walked to downtown. We loved the safe, gated parking and made use of the laundry facilities. The kitchen was well stocked. I have some mobility issues (I use a walker and a scooter), but was able to get in and out with minimal trouble— I just had to lift my walker over the curb and across a few pavers to the door. The hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Could do better
Great location and some nice upgrades in kitchen, but overwhelming smell of cigarettes was a big negative. Even bath towels smelled of smoke and had trouble with toilet flushing. Gray rug in main room was very dirty and should be cleaned/replaced. Host was nice and had good communication.

Good location
Pros: The best part about this property is the location. It was a short 10-15 min walk to Broadway. There is also free parking on the premises. Cons: It could have been cleaner - sticky floor, dirt on the wall, dishes. The bed was uncomfortable. The owner had great communication until we had an issue at the end of our trip. I made several attempts to receive an answer to my inquiry over a span of a couple weeks, I never received any communication back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Casey was super helpful and fast with communication. Liked being close to the all the popular locations. Parking was definitely a must which made this a great place to stay. Would definitely stay with Casey again.
