Verblijf in Kendall op Faith Hill tijdens je verblijf in Music City en kijk waar de sterren zijn begonnen. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie in Nashville, dicht bij alles. Nashville heeft hippe en trendy plekken om overal livemuziek en festivals te horen om je bezig te houden. Dineer in enkele van de beste nieuwe restaurants in Amerika die hier zijn begonnen.

Geweldig voor een vrijgezellenweekend of een lokaal gevoel tijdens je reis naar Nashville, het huis heeft veel ruimte voor grote groepen en de buurt is een zeer veilig en mooi deel van de stad. Je kunt snel overal in de stad komen, het is slechts 8 km van het centrum, 3 km van Vanderbilt en Belmont University. Het huis ligt op 2 blokken van een busstation, op loopafstand (binnen een mijl) naar verschillende restaurants en winkels. Het heeft een beboste heuvelachtige achtertuin. Bezoek Belle Meade Plantation, Steeplechase, Country Music Hall of Fame, Blue Bird Cafe en meer. Fiets naar de groene wegen die op minder dan 1,5 km afstand liggen. Herten grazen vaak 's avonds in de achtertuin.

Het is een schone en schattige slaapkamer met 4 queensize bedden, 3 eenpersoonsbedden, een uittrekbaar eenpersoonsbed, 2 gezellige banken lang genoeg om te slapen. Er zijn twee badkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met gasfornuis en alle apparatuur, een eetkamer en 2 grote woonkamers. De totale ruimte is 2.300 sf. Er is een groot overdekt terras en een patio met een tafel en stoelen aan de achterkant van het huis om buiten te zitten en te genieten van het bosachtige gevoel en herten grazen vaak 's avonds in de achtertuin.

De buurt is Hillwood, dicht bij het hippe Sylvan Park, en elegante Belle Meade-wijken, aan de westkant van het centrum. Het is een handige 10 minuten rijden naar het centrum, het is gemakkelijk om op de Interstate 40 of 440 te springen. Percy Warner heeft wandelpaden, golf en paarden. En op zaterdag zijn er overal boerenmarkten.

Lopen en openbaar vervoer:
De groene wegen van het McCabe-park en de openbare golfbaan liggen op minder dan 1,5 km afstand, waar u naartoe loopt. U kunt ook lopen naar een Target en verschillende winkels en restaurants binnen 1 mijl. Er is een bushalte op 2 blokken afstand van het huis die u naar het centrum en de luchthaven brengt. Lyft en Uber zijn ook beschikbaar als autoritten te huur, goedkoper dan taxi's, ongeveer $ 12 naar het centrum.

Perfect Nash Stay!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend away! Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access & uber rides to Broadway. The house was perfect for our group of 8! Plenty of beds & the bedding was so comfy. The back porch is so cute also. Thank you for an amazing stay. You truly helped make it an incredible weekend!

This house is really cute and as pictured. My only complaint is the old musty smell that it has. I suggest wall plug ins air fresheners. Outside of that everything was great! Beds were comfortable, the decor is cute, and the location is great!

Old dated property with major safety/maintenance issues and an unresponsive host

I wish I could give this property/owner a good review but our stay here was a nightmare. Aesthetically the house looks similar to the pictures with nice Nashville touches but it’s an old dated property in need of updates and maintenance (loud creaking floors, doors that stick, worn fixtures) In addition the house is not safe for people to stay in. The stairs have no handrail with open drop offs and exposed air conditioning units/vents jutting out. One of the children in our group was injured the first night on these exposed vents. In addition, Melissa the host did not bother to tell us there were issues with a leaking fridge and pipes. Overnight on the first night the kitchen and basement flooded (where some of us were sleeping). We spent hours trying to reach the host and ended up cleaning up most of the flooded water ourselves. In addition when we finally made contact and a service call was placed we spent most of the day waiting for repair techs to come to the property. We ended up leaving the property after one night because the flooding continued making the kitchen unusable and the rest of the house smelling wet and moldy. The host did not try to make right by this major inconvenience caused to our family and went no contact with us and VRBO to resolve the issue. We have had to start litigation against her to recoup our losses and have reported the property for code violations. Please save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

The house was perfect! Melissa has the house decorated absolutely adorable! Our only complaint was it does have a smell to it. Everything else was perfect! We will book again when we come back to Nashville!!

Good location, underwhelming stay

The location of this home was excellent, with easy access to downtown and a safe, pleasant neighborhood. It made getting around simple and stress-free. The value was adequate for the price, but we expected a bit more based on the photos and other reviews. While the stay was generally comfortable, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some basic amenities were missing, such as hand soap, and we ran out of toilet paper. The fridge water filter needed replacing, and there wasn’t a dish sponge or garbage bins in the bathrooms. Someone in our party cut their foot on a shard of glass in the carpet that was left by an earlier party. The downstairs shower was tight and was not temperature regulated. The location and value are definite highlights, but some minor improvements would go a long way in enhancing the experience.

Had a good time!

Stayed for a Spiderz Softball Tournament. The only gripe I had was I was told the "5th bedroom" was the den but its really just a bed downstairs in the common area so one person in my party didnt have any privacy, however, we made it work and had a great time! I would recommend because eveything else was fine!

Excellent host; Super cute Nashville home

The host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The backyard is beautiful and the deck is a nice bonus. The decor was fabulous for my family's first trip to Nashville. The living room had enough seating for the whole family. The location was great, away from the noise of downtown but still just a short drive to everything.

Simply Awesome!!!!

We traveled with 10 family members for our youngest 21st birthday (yes he spent it with family) we had, us mom and dad, older brother and sister, aunt and uncle and 2 cousins! The moment we walked into the house it was warm and cozy feeling! Us older adults took the upstairs bedrooms which were very comfortable. The adult kids were all downstairs which was more than enough room for them! The kitchen has all the necessary things for cooking and suited our needs. The deck was the main focal point! It was huge with a table and chairs and a mini couch! We spent most mornings out with coffee and getting our plans in order for the day! After seeing Nashville during the day we came home and had a night cap on the deck! Perfect weather. We did Uber to a few places and for us we had to get the Xls so it was $45-$55 but better that paying for parking. I would highly recommend staying here and hopefully on our next trip we’ll stay again!! Thank you again Melissa!! Also Sue the neighbor greeted us with a friendly “hello” and was there if we needed anything!! The trip was perfect!!

The house was big enough to accommodate all of us and was very close to downtown. The deck was awesome to hang out on throughout the weekend and the neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The two complaints we had was that it didn’t appear to have been cleaned well and there is a musty smell in the house. All of us felt congested during our stay. A dehumidifier on each level of the house would be helpful.

I was disappointed in the basement where the majority of the beds were located .It was very musty smelling and the girls were waking up with sore throats .That could be normal for the area with all the heat. Maybe a humidifier would help . Bathroom upstairs had awesome water pressure but definitely needs some updates . Broken globe in upstairs bedroom ceiling fan . Broken soap dish in shower . No hand soap bathroom to wash your hands .Charcole grill was very small and we had to buy a lighter .( we didn’t use the grill) Which we left there for the next people . It served its purpose while we were there ! Upstairs rooms were real nice and comfortable. Walmart delivers to the home as well , so that helped out a lot . Uber rides very close. Never waited longer than 5 mins . Quiet neighborhood. Lots of space in the house . It was nice for our big group of girls . With a couple fixes this rating would be a 5 .
