The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. You can grill out, while playing outdoor games, and catching up around the fire-pit, cozy up inside and watch a movie. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

The primary suite is off of the living room and has a comfortable queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom. We have recently added a shower to the primary bathroom.

The other two bedrooms and bathroom are off of the dining area. One bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and the other is a bunk bed with two single beds.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

Guests have full access to the entire home. With a smart lock on the front door, guests can check in at their convenience.

We live close by and are available when needed, but normally do not meet our guests in person.

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.

A $500 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

Our next-door neighbors are very sensitive to noise, and due to past issues with loud groups, we now strictly enforce a 10 PM quiet hour. We have a noise monitoring system on-site, and ask that after 10 PM, there be no outdoor music or loud conversations, especially around the hot tub, where most problems tend to arise. We’d love to keep this amenity available, so please help us by respecting this rule. If your group tends to be louder at night, we recommend booking one of our other properties that offers more privacy and distance from neighbors

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
