1,6 km van Lower Broadway, dit prachtige onlangs gerenoveerde huis is perfect voor uw thuisbasis tijdens uw verblijf in Nashville! Een kingsize bed en 2 queensize bedden met elk hun eigen privékamer, evenals een slaapbank met traagschuim, een opklapbaar queensize bed met traagschuim en een comfortabel ligbed met 2 eenpersoonsbedden zorgen voor voldoende ruimte en comfort om een goede nachtrust te krijgen na het raken van de Honky tonks. Grote keuken met grote uitbreidbare eettafel. 3 banken in de woonkamer voor voldoende ruimte. Je hebt het huis helemaal voor jezelf, samen met voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat en achter het huis. Een toetsenbord met uw eigen unieke code zorgt voor gemakkelijke toegang zonder de sleutel te verliezen! Ik zal 24/7 beschikbaar zijn via e-mail, sms of telefoontje. In de regel zal ik er niet persoonlijk zijn bij het inchecken / uitchecken, maar ik zal u graag persoonlijk ontmoeten op verzoek bij het inchecken als u een introductie in de spoedcursus in het gebied en het reilen en zeilen wilt.

Absolutely would recommend staying here. Very clean and spacious home. Nice location and easy to get to. Host was fantastic, communicated ahead of and during the trip. Loved the thoughtfulness of the extras at the house upon our arrival as well as some recommendations for shopping and eating in the area. 10 out of 10!

Wow! Just wow! From amazing initial response and communication to a phenomenal place to stay to outstanding hospitality and communication throughout. This home is perfection all wrapped up in the cutest little home exterior. The inside is spacious, updated, well-appointed, comfortable, convenient to the airport, close to downtown and Broadway, and it absolutely beautiful! Eric is top notch and we highly recommend this place for your Nashville stay.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. The house itself is beautiful and very well decorated. Every square inch was immaculately clean upon our arrival. I felt like we could have eaten off of the floors. Of course everything you would need to cook your own meals is provided and the appliances are top notch. The outdoor space is a lot bigger than you might think and completely fenced in so you would feel comfortable letting your kids play out there if you had any. It's close enough to Broadway to be a reasonable walk but far enough away that you are out of the hustle and bustle and the traffic. The neighborhood itself is quite peaceful. I have dealt with some great hosts while renting from VRBO but Eric is in a class by himself. He communicates well, is friendly, and you genuinely feel like he wants you to have a great stay. I can't recommend him or the house itself any higher. Of you are looking for a place in Nashville and this place is available, stop looking.

8 of us stayed and there was plenty of room! The place was beautiful! So clean! Very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed and didn’t know u needed! Eric left a bottle of wine and local beer and box of yummy googoo’s and water and other snacks bathrooms had everything u needed also. Great location, easy walk to broadway or the Gulch. I would stay here again!!Ps Eric was a fabulous host. I bugged him our entire stay with questions and he got back to me immediately and always polite and friendly- ty Eric!

I staid in this property for a long weekend while attending a conference in Downtown Nashville at the Music City Center. It was the perfect place for myself and my three co-workers. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. It had three full bathrooms, so we had no problem getting ready in the morning without battling to get into the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and a nice place to sit and do work when we were at the house. The living room was a perfect set up for us to sit around in the evening and catch up after running around at the conference all day. For the most part, we walked to the Music City Center which is about 1.5 miles away. The MCC is right next to lower Broadway and the Bridgestone Center, and the walk felt safe. Our host Eric was easily accessible via text and checked in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. We all agreed that we would definitely stay at this property again if we came back to Nashville.

I have been staying at rentals for 5 years and this was the best experience so far. Eric was so accommodating and helpful from stocking the place with coffee and more to suggesting places to go. The location was ideal for our group and the house itself is beautiful. The workmanship and love that went into renovating this place shows (I know Eric did much of it himself) Highly recommend to all.

Eric was super helpful with tips and recommendations of things to do or not do while in town and his responsiveness was extremely fast.
