Welkom in ons moderne en LUXE appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer direct aan de beroemde MUSIC ROW van Nashville! Slechts een steenworp afstand van bars met live muziek, restaurants, coffeeshops en een snelle Lyft naar Broadway. Dit appartement heeft ook het iconische gitaarvormige zwembad om van te genieten als je in het seizoen bent!

Dit is een pas gerenoveerde 2 slaapkamers, 1 complete badkamer appartement dat 6 comfortabel slaapt. Het werd ontworpen en gedecoreerd met een zeer schone, moderne en LUXE sfeer! De aandacht voor detail is overal in de plaats afgebeeld en is echt uniek in het gebouw!

Main: De gemoderniseerde keuken opent naar de woonkamer. De keuken heeft alle nieuwe apparaten en is gevuld met de benodigdheden om een kleine maaltijd te koken als je wilt. Het kookeiland heeft 5 barkrukken voor voldoende zitplaatsen. De woonkamer heeft een zeer gezellige uitstraling, want er is een elektrische open haard waar u kunt ontspannen en genieten tijdens het kijken naar een van uw favoriete shows op DIRECTV.

Bad: Er is een dubbele wastafel en staande douche. Er zijn voldoende schone handdoeken. Alle beddengoed en extra dekens zijn aanwezig, inclusief de slaapbank. Wasmachine en droger zijn ook voor gebruik.

Wij bieden handzeep, afwasmiddel, vaatwasser gel, vuilniszakken, een rol papieren handdoeken, verschillende rollen wc-papier per badkamer, shampoo, conditioner en wasmiddel.

Great and safe location! Brewery and Live Oak neighborhood bar and a coffee shop were just a quick 2 minute walk away. Nice easy walk to the gulch and we chose to uber to Broadway, which was easy and inexpensive. Property was clean and had everything we needed from an iron or steamer to curling irons!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The location is great for all things Nashville. Traffic was pretty heavy during the times we wanted to go out so we left the car in the garage most trips. Uber stops at the Virgin hotel immediately behind this property and it is an effortless walk. When we did drive ourselves, we never had any problems getting a spot in the building’s parking.The condo was spotless and well taken care of. Everything appeared to be recently updated. It was very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep out of anyone else in the building. Very happy we chose this location and I bet you will be too!

Beautiful in perfect location

Place was super cute! Check in was super easy with clear instructions. The set up of the place is perfect for multiple people. The fact that the toilet shower and TWO sinks were all separated making an easy flow for people to get ready. I was with my mom and 3 kids but would be perfect for a girls trip! TONS of mirrors!! I would definitely recommend this place. It was wonderful! Also pool was awesome! But it did appear bigger in the pictures overall I’m super satisfied

Where do I begin? This property was easy to get in and out of with ample instructions from the hosts. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee!, filters, soap of all kinds, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on! It might seem trivial but when you’re only there a day or two, it makes a difference in packing and not having to hit a store for the little things. The beds were very comfortable and the fact that there is a separate room for the toilet and shower is convenient when you have multiple people staying and trying to get ready at the same time. It’s in a quiet area but easy to access Broadway and all of the nightlife. I would definitely stay here again!Thank you Lacey & Derek!

Who are we: We have been on both sides of vacation rentals over the last 13 years as hosts with the highest rating possible on another site. Nothing like this, ever!The positive: The apartment was clean and well designed. the location superb.The negative: As we exited the elevator on the 6th floor we were met with a noxious odor - my son gagged. We went into the unit and while the odor was less prominent it was still there and awful. only two windows and one broken so we couldn't air it out. the awful - I reached out to the host to let them know what was happening. We did not hear back for about an hour and during that time left for a hotel. It was not possible to stay in the stench.The host responded overnight saying they went there and there is no odor.I reached out again in the morning asking to meet at the property before 11 am or after 2 pm - I had to work during the middle hours. The host responded saying they had already been there and there is no issue. Later they offered to meet at 12 noon and only at 12 noon.I reached out to VRBO and they organized a call with the host. During the call the host called me a liar, called me a child and would not agree to meeting me there at any time except noon. When the VRBO agent suggested that there may have been an odor and to meet with us there the host argued with them as well and said "my property is perfect".The host kept our full payment, did not attempt to relist the unit or offer anything.

The rental is clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area of Nashville! We could easily walk, use the electric scooters, or use ride share to the downtown bars, restaurants, and attractions. The rental had all of the necessary amenities to prepare meals. We will definitely rent again.

The condo was the perfect stay for a short weekend get-away. There was plenty of space (2 adults and 3 older teen/ young adults) and the condo was well equipped with anything one could have needed.
