A very beautiful, very clean, and cozy apartment furnished with love in a quiet location.Sights are easily accessible by car, public transport, or Uber.The great basic amenities (which you rarely find in this size with other providers) are worth mentioning; you have everything you need right there and don't have to buy the basics (e.g., laundry detergent, spices, coffee tabs...).We only have one small suggestion: a small shelf above the bed would be nice to store things like glasses, cell phones, or other items.

Cute, cozy and quiet

Close to restaurants, shops and Nissian Stadium (we were in town for a two night concert). Parking was easy and never had any issues finding a spot on 9th St. Ubered to the stadium and walked home afterwards. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property was the perfect space for my wife and I to stay with our dog. We had everything we needed, and the space was cozy. The area was very walkable, with plenty of parks, walking paths, and restaurants nearby.

Amazing long weekend in Nashville

Cute, clean and tidy. Ann easy walk to a few local Bars. Ubers were easy in and out of the centre until concert night but it was an easy walk to and from the stadium so all good. The apartment was perfect for our stay. All we needed to be comfortable for our long weekend. Alece was super easy to contact and very helpful. She gave us lots of details re check-in to make it as simple as possible. We would definitely recommend use again f we we go back to Nashville.

Clean,Great Location

I LOVE staying in this neighborhood when I visit Nashville. My husband and I stayed at this adorable place and it was perfect for the two of us. We took an Uber when we went downtown so we didn’t have to park and drive downtown. The parking for the house was great. Always had a parking spot available and the private entrance to the apartment was just right up an alley. Very safe feel to the neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place! The host even left a personal message welcoming us, which I thought was a nice touch.

Traveling with yourself or with a partner? Perfect spot for you!!

This was the perfect location for exploring what east Nashville has to offer. With a private entrance we could come and go as we pleased but still felt the safety of the neighborhood! Host was magnificent leaving great suggestions in their book, Hawkers Street Food was divine! Space was immaculate with everything we could possibly need on our short stay. Additionally that bed was SOO COMFY!!! I haven’t slept that well away from my own home EVER! I can’t recommend this place enough and when we come back to Nashville we will surely be staying here again!
