We went into Nashville to the Opry. We were glad to get back to the cabin away from all of the traffic. We enjoyed our time there, even though it was raining on the day we stayed in. Would stay there again!

Cozy Winter Retreat
My family LOVED the property! With a fire in the fireplace, it was literally the coziest winter retreat cabin you could ask for. We saw deer walking through the snow, the stars were amazing at night, and the view from the porch was so serene and peaceful. Our second stay here, and we'll be back!

Wonderful, cozy cabin
Walked into the cabin welcomed with a blessed Quartz and I knew it was going to be a wonderful stay. We came to "celebrate" my daughters 16th birthday. She requested a relaxing cabin stay surrounded by nature, and this cabin did not dissapoint! We took her auntie and best friend. It was a wonderful girls trip from start to finish. Highly recommend getting the add on massages! We treated the young girls to a "couples" massage as it was their firsts! Angela and Christie really took care of them. Christie even gave the birthday girl a lil extra pampering. <3 The best first experience for them! The nature views were breathtaking. Woke up making coffee (from the cute lil coffee station) and saw deer out in the front window! We loved the trails and the Labyrinth 😍!! The flute in the fireplace was a lil confusing. (Neither of us have real fireplaces, so most likely operator error!) But we were able to face time my husband to walk us through it. The cabin was just as described and from bathroom to kitchen, it had everything we needed.

Family Trip
We came to celebrate my son's engagement. The cabin met all of our needs, it was clean and we had a lot of space. We received all of our check in information on time and it was easy to understand. We enjoyed the trails and all the owners did to make walking them a good experience. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Very quiet meeting in the woods for a couple of life long friends. We were looking for a place about the same distance drive for each of us and this place worked. Things were a bit over grown making it a bit harder to find and to explore the walking paths, but it had ample space.

Surrounded by peaceful nature. Perfect getaway! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Peaceful setting on the back porch to watch birds and deer. Walking trail thru the trees. Only 30 miles to Nashville. Close to several beautiful wineries and little boutique towns. Alyce and Napoleon have created the perfect place away from the busyness. Great hosts 😊

Loved the forest and the feel of the place. A friend of my daughter’s may have lost a gold heart necklace on the property. If you find it she will pay to have it shipped as it is a family heirloom. Would probably be in the cabin or the parking area or in between. Thanks!

Beautiful with room for improvement
The surrounding area and neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and the property is incredible. It was set up well and we loved the firewood that was provided along with the fire starter. My review would be 5 starts if the beds had been better. We honestly didn't spend much time in the cabin, we mainly had it for our nights and the beds were barely better than sleeping on a literal slab of rock. We ended up sleeping on the pullout which obviously isn't much better. Would recommend bringing air mattresses if you rent this property.

Fantastic!!
The location and land is absolutely gorgeous! My kids loved walking the trail and especially the little creek along it. I love seeing my family get outdoor and enjoy nature. The land was gorgeous. The cabin was nice. I don't expect to watch tvs much when I enjoy nature but wifi and tvs were there. The kids enjoyed. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts!! I highly recommend.

Ideal location!! Five star cabin!!
Such a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and so relaxing !! Owners were fabulous to work with and so accommodating! Beds were so comfortable and the fireplace was so nice to have with the damp rainy weather. The only thing I would like to change is a little larger screen tvs for the bedrooms. Just a little small for the fabulously sized bedrooms. I will definitely keep this cabin in mind and hopefully can stay again in the future 👍👍🤗

This was a very efficient little cabin for 2 couples. Both bedrooms had their own private bath rooms. If you are looking for stylish this is not for you, however it was clean and cozy and we had everything we needed. The owner was also very nice and responsive. Since we stayed in December we were not able to enjoy the big porch off the main room or the surrounding grounds. Be aware the cabin is not wheelchair accessible from the outside even though there are no steps to the front porch and the bathrooms did not have grab bars. The location was great - we were close enough to downtown Nashville and Murfreesboro yet felt like we were way out in the country. The winding driveway back to the cabin is a little bumpy so we were glad we were driving a truck.

Nice cabin, could be better
The cabin is nice. Maintenance doesn’t seem to happen often. Ceiling fans were covered in dust, we used the fireplace and got smoked out because it hasn’t been maintained well, half of the dining room chairs legs were very loose but no Alan wrench anywhere to tighten them so we had to use the metal folding chairs provided and the tv in the living room flickers for about a half hour. Aside from the maintenance issues it was a very nice cabin and a peaceful getaway.

The fireplace is maintained and cleaned annually so it must not have been properly lit. We were aware of the TV and as we informed you a replacement had been ordered and we were awaiting delivery. It has since your visit been replaced. There were 2 other dining chairs in the closet as well as the folding chairs to use in place of the 2 that were loose. We weren’t aware of the issue but it has been addressed. Cleaners have been made aware of the dust on the fans. Sorry for the inconveniences and glad you had a peaceful stay.

Our son lives in the area and we wanted a nice place to stay while visiting with him. Very nice place to stay. Really enjoyed seeing all the deer in the mornings and evenings. Loved having a fire in the fireplace and using the kitchen to make meals.

Understand that its a cabin in the woods..
Cabin was a great size and in a cute location. But it is a cabin in the woods.. there were quite a few bugs and even a tiny furry friend inside. The host was great to come over and bring traps when we called but I just wish we would have seen some reviews warning us before we booked. Just know, its a cozy cabin in the woods but could be cleaner..

Sorry that this was your experience as a guest. I disagree with your comment regarding being cleaner. The cabin was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Obviously being in a wooded location you will find bugs on the outside but I assure you none were inside the cabin. Unfortunately even though we utilize pest control a field mouse may occasionally enter. We do what we can to prevent and eliminate that from happening. The reviews are posted and if any of this was an issue I’m sure our rating would be much lower.
