NIEUW appartement op 2e Ave. Ga door de art deco deur op 2e Ave in het centrum. Leg je koffers neer en maak je klaar om de stad te raken!
Het appartement ligt op de begane grond van een 4 condo ontwikkeling en op een steenworp afstand van Broadway honky tonks, printers steegje, kunstdistricten, noem maar op, het is direct naast het appartement!
Informeer of u een evenement wilt organiseren. Voorafgaande aanvaarding door de eigenaar is vereist. Extra kosten en of aanbetaling kunnen worden toegepast.
DE KORTSTE WANDELING NAAR HET NISSAN STADIUM van een residentie in het centrum, loop naar het ballenpark of Preds Games of ga gewoon naar de strip op Broadway voor geweldige country-muziek. We zijn omringd door geweldige restaurants, bars, restaurants in het historische en kunstdistrict. geen parkeergelegenheid, maar veel openbare parkeeropties beschikbaar naast het gebouw. All the communication I had with the owner was excellent. Very kind and responsive. I will rent with them every single time. The location is fantastic. The place was clean and classy. Truly the best VRBO experience. (and i have had a lot) I don't want to say any more because then it wont be available when i need it again.

Great Place

Overall great place to stay...the current construction made it a little difficult to get to, but we figured it out. White Front Garage has "pay by the day" parking, and it's less than one block from the condo. The place is beautiful and had everything we needed, plenty of towels, spacious showers, and the coffee was great. It's also super-convenient to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, the Auditorium, the Sounds Stadium and the Capitol grounds. Also fairly quiet in this block and hope it stays that way.

Perfect location!

As this was our first time in Nashville, we were unsure of the best area to stay. This spot was perfect! Only a couple blocks to Broadway. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away that we were not bothered by noise or crowds at night. The kitchen was well stocked, so nice to have a starter kit of coffee pods to get us through the first morning before we were able to get to a store. As other reviewers stated, Greg at the hotel next door was so friendly and very helpful. Loved having the August app for entrance to the unit, made it so easy. The unit was super clean and comfortable, I would stay here again and definitely recommend this cute spot!

Aesthetic is very fun - eclectic and interesting. Property had what we needed for comfort & use - plenty of towels, kitchen utensils/knives, etc, bath products and board games. Most important, however, was safety - proximity to the hotel next door meant we felt very safe. Location is easily walkable to everything we wanted. Great stay - we'd return.

Very unique and trendy place

It was a cute place. Looked exactly like the pictures posted. Only weird part was finding the front door but the nice Valet guy from the hotel next door was amazing and helped us get in. And with it being on the street, there weren’t black out curtains so people could see inside the condo with lights on at night even with blinds closed. Only had one random person try to open the door thinking it was the art museum. But great proximity to everything on and near broadway. Would def rent this place again!
