The unit itself was clean and very cozy. The best part was the location as we were able to walk to different restaurants and shopping. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and have decided this is where we will book for our yearly visits to Nashville. My husband and I highly recommend.

Older home but great stay. Bed was very comfortable and there was an extra rollout cot for one of the boys in the closet. We were here for CMA fest and used Waymo most of the time but did walk one night, two miles was doable. The Pharmacy burgers were amazing!! Thanks for a great stay!

Positief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en locatie
The property was in a very convenient location to many areas in East Nashville. Parking was easy and getting in was simple. I think the pictures make it look a little more modern than it actually is. It is an older property and could use some TLC but overall was fine. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the bed was pretty comfortable! We did utilize one of the roll out beds as there were 3 of us and it was okay for short term.

22nd Birthday

We took our son to Nashville for his 22nd birthday and to watch one of his best friends play football at Tennessee State. House was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The host was excellent and communication was top notch. Definitely will be staying here again.
