House was clean. Good location for getting places easily. Neighborhood was quiet. Good resturants close by. Not having shades or blinds on bedroom windows made me a little uncomfortable. Couches in TV area were uncomfortable. Overall, good experience.

The house was very clean & quiet. Seems the window treatments need improvement. Block out shades should be added for those who do not want to be awaken at sunrise....5:30 am. We did find some things in the closet we could put over the windows. The outside of the house needs cleaning....windows, doors, porches. It was a wonderful location....only a few minutes from downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hope you take no offense to our suggestions. Thanks

THE perfect home for a Girlfriends’ Getaway

There were four of us 55 and over gals in town for a concert at the Ryman. This home was so perfect in every way. The location was great (not too close to downtown but close enough). The decor was fabulous…the entire home was squeaky clean…the kitchen was just dreamy. Having two king bedrooms and three full bathrooms were the cherry on top. We all agreed that the mattresses were super comfy. This will definitely be our home away from home when we come to Nashville from now on.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This house is so cute! It was perfect for us! We loved how open it was and the kitchen was nice and big. Our bed was SO comfortable! The only things I would say, is I wish the room could have been darker. They drapes were shear. So we were up with the sun. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. When we went out at night, it was just a quick uber trip. The drivers were always there in under 10 minutes. We would stay here again if we came back!

East Nashville Gem

Great home base for a Nashville visit. Wonderful layout inside for gathering friends or family. East Nashville is a gem of a neighborhood with endless restaurants, cafes and shops. Loved our stay.

Charming home in fantastic neighborhood

This home was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was fantastic. Both had so much character. There was plenty of space whether we wanted some quiet or wanted to all be together. It was only a short drive to anywhere we would want to be. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great visit to Nashville

We loved the house. Everything was as pictured. There is an outdoor cat in the area (we heard it at night). It wasn’t a problem for us but we think it was affecting our allergies a bit. Neighborhood was quiet. We loved going to the coffee shop and to the nearby park. Our only concern was when we went to a local grocery store. There was a group hanging around there causing problems.

Overall everything was great. We would have liked heavier curtains in the bedrooms to block out neighbors security lights and sunlight in the morning, coverings on the doors to the screened in porch and front bedroom for more privacy, and a dresser or some type of stand in the front bedroom to put items on. My daughter and her college friends stayed her last spring, apologies I am so late reviewing. This gorgeous East Nashville cottage is stunning inside and out and the perfect respite from city fun. Comfort in a Transitional Neighborhood

Having lived for several years in a transitional neighborhood ourselves, we appreciated this comfy diamond in the rough (but not THAT rough). A big plus was how quiet the neighborhood is. Also it's apparently a very walkable area, as we often saw people pass by walking their dogs. The inside renovation was quite nice and very eclectic. As much as we prefer our own bed to almost any other, the bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. I think the only thing we missed was a set of saucepans in addition to the skillets and stock pots. One reason we choose VRBO and other such properties over hotels is that we eat in more than out, and without the saucepans we had to get creative with our cooking.

We enjoyed the beautiful home. There was lots of room and the kitchen was large and accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. The house was convenient to everything. The property manager was responsive and very helpful. We will be returning.

Cute House with Potential--Great Location

Overall, we really liked this house, especially the convenience to downtown Nashville. It was open and roomy and had a great kitchen. The house was clean with the exception of dead bugs in the master bedroom and bathroom and quite old furnishings that seemed worn and outdated. It was a bit difficult to figure out the light switches and how to turn all the lights on and off, believe it or not! Some lightbulbs were out in a few of the bathrooms as well. With a few updates this house would be an amazing gem!
