The Belmont - Lux Abode with Pool on Belmont Blvd

Walking distance to Belmont University, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. Enjoy a dip in the all-season pool while grilling or a rainy day in with games or a movie in one of our living rooms. Fully equipped kitchen -all new appliances. Master bath includes a spa tub and large walk in shower.

Two story, Historic home with adjacent Guesthouse that is also available on airbnb for an additional 4 guests (reach out for more info on booking both) The Belmont has all brand new furniture, linens, kitchen items, accessories, etc! A great place to hang out and relax between all of your Nashville festivities.

DISCLAIMER:
-Exceeding the maximum allotted guest count puts us at risk of losing our short term rental permit. Please confirm with us first if you are planning on having additional guests (outside of your confirmed guest count) at our house.
-Please know we do not allow our property to be used as a "home base" for parties, events, or visitors outside of your confirmed guest count to come & go.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
-Our pool is serviced on weekly. Our service tech may need to enter the property to services, so guests must agree (prior to booking) to allow them in to service to keep it maintained. If service is during your stay we will do our best to give you as much advance notice as possible.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

The total price of your reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the Host, plus fees or costs determined by either the Host or Airbnb.
Extra guest fee: Charged by some Hosts for each additional guest beyond a set number.
