Guest Access:
For your security, we use a Schlage Encode smart lock for one-time access to the property. Your unique access code will be provided just before check-in to ensure the safety and privacy of your stay. If you prefer to drive, parking is typically easy in the neighborhood, and major highways are nearby for exploring beyond the city. For a more local experience, there are several parks and walking trails in the area for a scenic stroll

• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Please don’t wear shoes in the house.
• Smoking incurs a $250-fine.
Pet Fee
• A non-refundable fee of $71/pet per stay applies
• Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges
Pet Limitations
• Maximum of 2 dogs (please check with the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets or any other animals)
• No aggressive breeds
• Pets must be fully house-trained
Furniture Policy
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches

Cleaning & Damage
• A minimum $150 fee will apply for damaged furniture, rugs, or other property
• An additional $75–$200 cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet hair, odors, or stains
Supervision
• Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated
• Crates are not provided by the host
Outdoor Areas
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly
• Pets must be leashed or under direct control at all times
Noise & Disturbance
• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in guest removal without refund
