Traveling doesn't mean having to eat out for every meal. We supply all of the kitchen necessities so you are able to cook or reheat leftovers easily! We have everything from pots and pans, and a coffee maker, to wine glasses and corkscrews!

We stayed at this property Nov.13-16, 2025 and had an absolute blast! We had a party of 10 adults and the property was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all of us to stay and yet still have our privacy. Living room was cozy, excellent kitchen with nice long island and ample supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were nicely done. The back yard area was perfect for us to hang out and have a beer and soak in the hot tub from all the walking we did. The location was great! We walked, Ubered, rode scooters and bikes all to Broadway Street! Only a few minutes each way. Perfect location and property for a large group to spend the weekend in Nashville. Also, our host Chris was always available if we had any questions or suggestions we asked about. Very accommodating! 5 ’s all the way around! Thank you Chris!!

Went for the weekend for me and my sisters birthday with a group of 10 and this place was perfect!! Plenty of space for all of us and a great place to hang out. Perfect walking distance to broadway. Hot tub was fun and the place was just as pictured. 10/10 would come again!!

Great stay

Celebrated with family and friends a 21st birthday. Space was great, the bunk room for all the boys was perfect. Property was as described, the walk to Broadway was a little longer than we thought but not horrible. Outside space was nice for an extra place to relax.

Nice place in a quiet spot

Overall our stay was amazing. The place was very clean and very nice. The hot tub was amazing. The host was super friendly and quickly got back to us with any questions that we had. Also he made check in and check out very simple with a very detailed list for us. I would highly recommend staying here as it is a nice walk to broadway or a short scooter ride.
