Main Level:
*Spacious living area with kitchen, dining, fireplace lounge, and living room
*First room off the hallway is a guest bedroom with queen bed.
*Across is a full bathroom with double vanity
*Private King bed primary suite with spa-like bathroom and soaking tub
*Laundry room and half bath on the way downstairs

Lower Level:
*Secondary living space with poker table
*Two bedrooms, each with queen beds

Outdoor Features:
*Walkout access from upstairs deck or basement to open outdoor space.
*Fire pit and grill for relaxing and entertaining.

House Rules
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to sunrise. Please keep noise, music, and outdoor activity at a respectful level for neighboring residents.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund
Please notify us in advance if you plan to have any visitors

EXTRA CLEANING FEES
A $50 fee will be charged for use of confetti, glitter, or similar materials requiring additional cleaning

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the home
If smoke odor remediation is required, a $850 cleaning fee will be charged to cover professional treatment

LONG STAYS
Stays longer than 14 nights require additional cleaning
$50 fee per 14 nights (e.g., 14 nights = $50, 28 nights = $100)

Our home is located next to the entrance of a new subdivision, with most construction taking place further back from the property. While you may occasionally notice some construction trucks coming and going, noise on the property is very minimal and only faintly noticeable from the primary bedroom at times.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
