'Cute ground floor one bedroom in a brownstone with fresh decor and ample space. Clean and welcoming with easy checkin/checkout. No communication issues and I booked at the last minute. Space has outdoor area and is stocked for basic cooking with extras like coffee pods and tea bags. Easy walking distance to downtown in quiet safe neighborhood. Found street parking easily on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again.'

'Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. '

'Location was excellent! Everything in walking distance, and short drive to Tanglewood, The bedroom and shower are a small space but clean. Very comfortable living room space. Kitchenette small but manageable. Unfortunately the tray for the toaster oven was gross and stuck to the top of the toaster oven. Toaster oven itself was usable. Nice place to stay for a weekend but any longer could be a little uncomfortable. Outdoor grounds were beautiful! '

'Very nice, small apartment. Very clean and comfortable. There was no cross ventilation, but the AC worked fine. Great place for a night or two and conveniently located near wedding venues. I would have liked to know in advance that the street number was not on the mailbox on the road, but figured it out. Probably best to ask for a landmark. We would definitely stay again if in the area.'
