'We had a great time at this VRBO- it was super close to Salida and about an hour outside of Cañon City which meant we had plenty to do! The decor was beautiful and very well maintained. I’d say the only drawback was that we had some difficulty sleeping with the unfamiliar sounds of the road nearby and the heater kicking on/off. The flood lights near the entrance were required to stay on at all times and the coverings on the door were sheer so light was still let into the space. Other than that...

'The loft is very clean, nicely furnished, and in a great location. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the necessities. We had a wonderful time during our stay. My boyfriend’s only complaint was that there isn’t a TV. I didn’t even notice that while making the reservation and I didn’t find it to be a problem, but it’s something to know. The owners were very responsive as well! I highly recommend!'

'We absolutely loved our stay in this loft. The place was perfectly located, easy to get to with assigned parking, exceptionally clean, and very well stocked. Check in was a breeze and check out was very simple. The owners obviously take immense pride in their place and it SHOWS. My family has stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this definitely ranks at the top. We are already making plans to come back to Salida and will certainly book this place again.'

'We've stayed at several VRBO properties in the past, but never at an urban location before now, and I have to say, we're fans! The location was perfect for quickly getting around town, walking from the condo directly to Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain, and made it a perfect base camp for our week in Salida. Thanks again to the property owner and manager! I would not be surprised if we book this property again in the future.'

'The apartment was immaculate and so convenient to everything. The fact of it being on the 3rd floor was a bit hard for us old folks (lol) but it gave us extra exercise coming and going. I would definitely stay there again. It had everything you needed.'

'We had a pleasant stay at the Buzz Bungalow. Great neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to shops and river trails. This unit is in the basement and with ongoing construction the walk from front parking area was not easy due to loose gravel. Once the back area is complete this should be resolved. Small issues we had within the unit were resolved quickly by friendly and responsive staff.'
