'We had a wonderful stay at River Haven! It was the perfect home for our family and such a relaxing place to unwind by the river. The backyard was one of our favorite features—we spent hours enjoying the patio, playing cornhole, and taking in the peaceful setting. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. It's clear the owners have put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. We had an amazing time and are...

'It's very quaint and super quiet. The room was clean and had lots of space.'

'This is one of the hidden gems hotel. We were a little to early, because of the light traffic underway. But we could check in immediately and enter the room. The room was fantastic. Spacious and super clean. Beds were very comfy. Loved the digital doorlock. No worry’s for not working keycards. Breakfast was also great. Lot of choices and very friendly staff. Location is perfect. Close to downtown and highway. If we come back to Salida, we will stay here again !!'

'Great location'

'Cute 1 bedroom with great views and only a short walk to the Arkansas River to get a great hike. Buena Vista is a beaitiful little town with lots of restaurants, shops and plenty to do in the summer months.'

'The room was clean & bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly!'

'Location was good, check in was a bit stressful since wifi seems to be unstable and we were told that our room was not ready at 6PM when we arrived, however the clerk was able to accommodate us fairly quickly. We were not offered any water and the hot and cold water in the shower were backwards.'

'Bij aankomst aangenaam verrast door de vriendelijkheid en het aanbieden van een snack. Propere kamer, origineel ingericht. Als je buiten ging zitten had je uitzicht op de bergen. De moeite waard '

'Great location! Close to everything and easy to walk to the river path and downtown restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view of the mountains too. We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!Tammy'

'Wow! The location of this hotel really can't be beat and the fact that it's right on the river is really special. We enjoyed walking straight out the door to shops and restaurants and to the park and the Farmer's Market - it was also really convenient to be able to walk to Natural Grocers. The room was pretty simple but all we needed. Lots of towels, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. My one complaint was that the throw blanket smelled like feet - make sure you are washing all blankets please!...
