'While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.'

'This hotel was everything that we expected, food was good and service was excellent. Only con was that you can’t swim in the ocean at the hotel beach. Overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel for 5 days. Isla Mujeres is great place to visit the Playa Norte beach is awesome.'

'The spa wasnt open , the restaurant wasnt open . Both showers leaked , But , overall very nice and quiet . The A.C. worked good .'

'This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay! It is within walking distance of Punta Sur and many...

'The hotel is right across the ferry terminal, so no need to stand in a long line for a cab. You can walk to all the restaurants and the beach. The hotel is older but it is clean and the staff are really great. We would definitely stay here again! '
