'We were in Hyderabad for a holiday and had a good stay at Minerva. The breakfast spread is really good and lavish, also the rooms are very clean. Only issue we had was when we requested for a packed breakfast, we were a couple with 2 kids and had requested for 4 sandwiches, but they said they can give only 2, also they gave 2 cut fruits without any disposable spoon to eat the fruits, which they should have given. Otherwise the overall experience with the hotel was really good.'

'this is by far the worse hotels i have ever stayed. the room does not have basic amenities.the shampoo is clinic pouch, soap is medimix and smaller than a match box , no iron box, no hair dryer, the door is hard to close and lock and doesnt open, room is so dirty. the bedsheets are so bad. hotels dot com has charged me for breakfast and said this hotel is equiped with complimentary breakfast. there is not breakfast, after me asking for breakfast, they sent the most baddest mushy dosa for 2 days...
