'茨城から家族で初めての旅行のホテルに決めさせてもらいました。コロナウイルスのせいで営業中止中の時でも福岡天神にある同じホテルに電話したら丁寧に事情の説明や部屋の案内までしてくれたのがまず気に入りました。そして旅行当日チェックインする所から本当に本当に丁寧で安心して宿泊出来ました。喫煙スペースも１階の外にありますし、
道頓堀に行きたいと言うと地図に手書きで分かりやすくポイント押さえた物を頂きました。また絶対ここに泊まります。本当にオススメです。2泊、2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しかったと言っています。本当にお世話になりました。改めてお礼を言いたいです。ありがとうございました。'

'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice.
The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate.
It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'
