'Pros: - Great location and laundry is available in some larger rooms. - Hotel is just over a year old and is fairly new. - There is a tablet in the rooms to help travelers plan as well. Cons: - Cost can vary by hundreds of dollars per night depending on time of week/year though, so be careful. - Very busy location. Lots of noise from the street and nearby highway.'

'The onsen is a great plus and the amenities is perfect. Everything you need, they provided! Part of the onsen was just for women. So nice. The staff didn’t spoke fluent English, but it was good enough to communicate. It was close to the subway. With 2 little kids that’s a great plus! If we go back we would consider this hotel again!'

'茨城から家族で初めての旅行のホテルに決めさせてもらいました。コロナウイルスのせいで営業中止中の時でも福岡天神にある同じホテルに電話したら丁寧に事情の説明や部屋の案内までしてくれたのがまず気に入りました。そして旅行当日チェックインする所から本当に本当に丁寧で安心して宿泊出来ました。喫煙スペースも１階の外にありますし、 道頓堀に行きたいと言うと地図に手書きで分かりやすくポイント押さえた物を頂きました。また絶対ここに泊まります。本当にオススメです。2泊、2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しかったと言っています。本当にお世話になりました。改めてお礼を言いたいです。ありがとうございました。'

'Good location close to the action. Super large room with funny amenities such as a massage chair, a whirlpool and a red light above the bed, immediately making clear that this is, in effect, a love hotel. Not very clean however, and in dire need of refurbishment.'
