However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

'Great staff All very friendly. The security staff always looked to help and one of the ladies even offered to carry my bag down the stairs even though I am much bigger and did not take her up on it. Very sweet, the check in people, the greeters at breakfast, the guy at the omelet station hooked me up with great food made to order and the bakery made great bread and snacks. Big variety at breakfast. Always fresh fruit, yogurt, various Filipino options and traditional American options, usually...

'This was my first time in Quezon, but not my first time in Citadines. I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....

'Great location, ok room, tv didn't really work, the internet was data capped had to call multiple times to get reloaded then after watching couple of youtube vids data was used up. Would have paid extra to get unlimited data.. otherwise great bang for buck place '

'Wifi internet verbinding heel slecht. Meestal vanaf je bureau geen internet verbinding. Je moet naar corridor om een email te verzenden. De kwaliteit van het buffet is typisch Filippijns - niet om over naar huis te schrijven.'

'Had a last minute check in. Room was ok. Big comfy bed, bathroom was not appealing very sterile and no warm water. Hotel staff were helpful. I would not advice you to take the breakfast. Not very appealing you can easily grab a cab to nearby restaurants for a more appetizing bite. All in all a good hotel for a few days but not a relaxing ambience. '

'Room was in good condition, very courteous staff, food was surprisingly good, walking distance to Trinoma and SM. Asked for a wake up call but didn't get it, took more than half an hour and a follow up call for a bucket of ice, twice. Didn't know SOGO is a "short time " place.'
