'Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

'I wasnt very impressed with the standard of the room. Although it was clean it had a lot of obvious damage on appliances, floors and walls. None of the heaters appeared to work. There was no welcome booklet with information about the apartment. Our allocated carpark that we had to pay extra for had a car in it which was needing to be towed away. When I went to use the toaster for breakfast it was broken and did not work. To be honest I was quite disappointed given the cost of the room. It was...

'Room well appointed and nicely laid out. Everything beautiful and clean. We went to the restaurant as well, which was closing early due to the weather warnings. But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. Would definitely stay if out this way again.'

'Our room was very dirty. There was a brown puddle of pee and scum built up on floor and wall around the back of the toilet. The shower was filthy and there was a sticky spill on the kitchen floor. We immediately went to pak n save and bought cleaning products and completely cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. We will never stay here again.'

'It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking '
