'The pool was closed, gym treadmill was broken, room smelled, toilet chain was off'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Airco/verwarming vrij luidruchtig. In de badkamer liep er water uit de WC en de douche was ook een van de slechtste al gezien. Hotel voelde heel oud aan. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk'

'This B&B property is amazing. I felt like I was home. Dan and Rosy, his wonderful dog, greeted me upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The property is located right across Benton Park. So peaceful neighborhood. '

'Rooms are in need of serious updates. Table light plugs are unusable. Very limited services. '

'Room was infected with roaches. No wifi in the room. Complained to the manage on site. Stated that I will be getting a refund for my room. Could not sleep there.'

'Safe parking. Room was clean and comfortable but small. My only gripe would be that you can't access even the "casual" restaurant unless you wear a polo shirt so we couldn't get breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay here and the staff are friendly and professional. They offer a shuttle to and from the ballpark.'

'I had to yell for someone to come to the desk. The room was not clean and the sheets had stains. No bugs. The extra lock on the door as loose. '

'The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. '

'The breakfast was terrible and was not maintained at all. Juice was out. Drip tray was overflowing with water. The aches were not cooked all the way no breakfast attendant people wearing no shoes. Housekeeping only service our room one day when we asked for service every day and fresh towels'

'The property was clean and food was good, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8am sharp asking if they could clean, they also had construction going on inside the building (loud, cutting and drilling in to metal.) would have been nice to know when we talked to the front desk before booking.'
