The person at the front desk told me that the check out person could do that for me the next day. I called Expedia right away and told them what happened. 'For the price of these rooms I believe the hotel should invest in updates in the rooms. Replacement of the shower curtains would be a good start. The employees and location were great. A lot of potential just needs some care and updates. '

'Awful smell as you walk in . I wish we could view room before signing agreement. My room had a used feminine product in bathroom trash can. Pubic hair in shower , blood on toilet seat. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Did NOT stay after inspection of room . Immediately checked out!'

'It was worst experience in 3 years with this hotel ...my tv didn't work at all ...a/c wouldn't cool ...call front desk 6 times phone rang & rang w no answer ...took over 40 min from 10:30-11:25 pm ...final got answer ...put me new room after midnight ...crazy going sleep after that because there a/c over two hours to cool room down. It was hot night !! Love to have stay free room at later date on hotel'

'The worst loudest construction starting before 8 o’clock banging, loud incessant all around us down the hallway have a video of it. The lady upfront was super helpful, but they told her too bad we have to get this done so I completely ruined the entire morning being woken up over a sewing machine to loud construction, removing and replacing tile for a $300 a night hotel. Do not recommend'
