'Perfect Croatian experience - Our stay at this property was not long enough- we lived out stay here. The apartment was spacious, spotless and located in a fabulous location just above old town and our terrace gave us a ‘wow’ view over the water area- a great spot for breakfast. 'Had a wonderful stay in Split in the Villa. Great location, amenities, wonderful host. Marina made to booking, arrival and departure process easy. She was super responsive to general question and with advice on things to do. Highly recommend staying here.'

'Heel leuk appartement (wij zaten op de begane grond) in een leuke omgeving. Je hebt als bonus een grote gezellige tuin met dennenbomen, struiken en bloemen die genoeg schaduw en gezelligheid bieden. In de tuin is ook nog een houtoven die je mag gebruiken (bijv. voor BBQ, wij hebben er zelfs pizza's in gebakken), een grote picknicktafel en diverse (lig)stoelen én een tuindouche wat handig is bijv. na het zwemmen in de zee. In het huisje kunnen 4 appartmenten zitten, maar er wordt er (nu nog) maar...

'One of the best experiences we have had in a privately rented out house. The owner was extremely friendly and treated us Ike family. The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed. We just stayed for one night but will definitely try to come back.'

'Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strandzugang. Das Haus selbst ist eher klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Einzig das Bad ist für meinen Geschmack nicht so optimal. Die Küche ist ebenfalls klein, jedoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der sehr nette Vermieter spricht perfektes deutsch, und ist sehr hilfsbereit.'

'We had a great stay in Gustirna. The vacation was perfect for my wife and two sons. Although al little cold we (and especially our sons) could already swim in the pool at the beginning of May. The house was great and comfortable and the area is beautiful. Ivan made our stay even better by giving us a lot of tips for things to do and restaurants to visit. If we ever go back to this part of Croatia we will definitely be staying here again.'

'We stayed with our adult son for 5 nights The apartment has an entryway, 2 bathrooms 1 bedroom, 1 loungeroom, separate kitchen and a balcony running the width of the combined kitchen/lounge, with shutters and an awning. 'Property was extremely clean and pictures are accurate / bathrooms are updated, bedrooms good sized, courtyard stunning. A bit of a challenging walk with luggage from parking/luggage drop off area to the property but Wendy (property manager) did a great job of explaining and guiding. Wendy was also extremely responsive...loved the property and we are fortunate to ever return to beautify Stari Grad we would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'Small scale apartment building surrounded by residential flats. Easy walking distance from where the airport bus terminates, the historic city center, the long distance bus station and the ferry port. There is a small reception desk, but it's often not staffed. The rooms are fine but basic. Kitchenette, fridge and a washing machine. Air-conditioning is fine. Window blinds are leaking a bit of light in the morning. For the price it's fine and i would stay here again. '
