'This is a very nice house, located up a steep driveway, with a huge garage. All 1 level, the house itself is good for seniors. The neighborhood is nice, but also on a steep hill, making it difficult to walk. There is a nice patio off the LR and MB with a table and chairs and a gas grill. The backyard is fenced and there seemed to be good security. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, which was helpful. The pool, while a tad cool (it is heated with electricity so bear in mind that takes longer to heat) was spectacular. The sunset view is beautiful and calming.
