'We got a downgrade for our reservation, because something went wrong with the booking and the superior room want available for one night. Only the didn't refund or give any about compensation. The staff is nice only the owner makes you feel not really welcome. And the rooms are really noisy because of a rooster and dogs next door that made us stay a wake all most all night. 'Vidal Homes Resort in Dauin was a really enjoyable stay. MJ, Tes, and Jerson were my favorite staff members—both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely accommodating the whole time. The restaurant food was amazing, and the overall service stood out. Every staff member consistently greeted me with “Good morning, sir” and “Good night, sir,” which made the resort feel warm, respectful, and well-managed. 'We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff.
