The collection includes the Sandy Toes - Lux Retreat with Private Pool spacious three-bedroom residence at 61 Achilles Street, together with Sandy Toes Haven and Sandy Toes Hideaway directly next door at 63A and 63B Achilles Street.

Accommodating up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. With three private living spaces, five bedrooms, three kitchens and an impressive poolside entertaining area, Sandy Toes offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Bring the grandparents, adult children, another family—and even your four-legged companions—and enjoy an unforgettable Port Stephens holiday, all under one booking.

Perfectly positioned between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, the properties are close to the calm waters of Little Beach, the famous shores of Shoal Bay Beach, local cafés, playgrounds and scenic coastal walking paths. Nelson Bay Marina, boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and dolphin and whale-watching cruises are also only a short drive away.

At the heart of the collection is Sandy Toes - Lux Retreat with Private Pool, a spacious three-bedroom residence. Its bright, playful coastal interiors create an immediate holiday atmosphere, while the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather. The living area features a large television and an indoor fireplace, making it equally inviting for relaxed summer holidays and cosy winter escapes. The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Outside is where Sandy Toes truly shines. Cool off in the private swimming pool, enjoy an alfresco meal or settle into the covered cabana, complete with an outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, pizza oven, television and fireplace. This impressive entertaining area provides the perfect setting for long lunches, relaxed family dinners and afternoons spent together by the pool. Sleeps up to seven guests.

Located directly next door, is Sandy Toes Haven - Lux Pet Friendly Couples Retreat and Sandy Toes Hideaway. Both equally stylish these beautiful one-bedroom apartments have one bedroom, fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher and coffee machine, open-plan living area and bathroom with washer and dryer. Guests can also enjoy a private garden, outdoor dining area and barbecue, along with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and televisions in both the bedroom and living area.

Sandy Toes Hideaway and Haven are both pet-friendly for small to medium-sized dogs, subject to approval. A pet bed and small grassed area is are provided. No pets allowed at the three bedroom pool home.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, linen hire.
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $2000 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
