'Lovely comfortable warm home. Welcoming touch of fresh eggs and milk. Felt at home being on the farm. Enjoyed the company of horses nearby with a 5 minute walk to the Wairau river. Lots of close walks nearby. A hidden treasure. Love to come back.'

'It was unfortunate that we had heavy rain and the roof leaked. The whole place was damp and the carpet spelt of wet dog. We arrived to a mouse in the kitchen, and the ants moved in overnight. The managers were thoughtful and responsive, however, the place was really not fit for living. Sorry, wasn’t cheap either. All very disappointing.'
